彭永臻,山東省萊州市人、中國工程院院士、污水處理領(lǐng)域知名專家、工學(xué)博士,現(xiàn)任北京工業(yè)大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)科首席教授、城鎮(zhèn)污水深度處理與資源化利用技術(shù)--國家工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任、國家“111計(jì)劃京津冀區(qū)域環(huán)境污染控制創(chuàng)新引智基地主任。先后獲得全國模范教師國家教學(xué)名師、全國優(yōu)秀科技工作者、全國勞動(dòng)模范北京市人民教師等稱號(hào),入選首批國家高層次人才特殊支持計(jì)劃, 2021年獲何梁何利科學(xué)與技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)。

多年來,彭永臻教授一直工作在污水處理領(lǐng)域的教學(xué)科研第一線,在解決污水脫氮除磷難題、新工藝技術(shù)研發(fā)和推廣應(yīng)用等方面取得了多項(xiàng)突破性成果。獲國家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)、國家技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)、省部級(jí)一等獎(jiǎng)8項(xiàng)。以第一或通訊作者發(fā)表SCI論文300余篇,其中IF >9.0200余篇。以第一發(fā)明人獲授權(quán)發(fā)明專利220余項(xiàng)并轉(zhuǎn)讓100余項(xiàng);出版專著9本,3本是獨(dú)立作者或第一作者,也是本領(lǐng)域第一本專著。培養(yǎng)工學(xué)博士89人,有2人獲全國百篇優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文,4人獲全國優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文提名獎(jiǎng)。

多年來,彭永臻教授一直工作在污水處理領(lǐng)域的教學(xué)科研第一線,帶領(lǐng)科研團(tuán)隊(duì)在解決污水脫氮除磷難題、新工藝技術(shù)研發(fā)和推廣應(yīng)用等方面取得了多項(xiàng)突破性成果。獲得國家科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)、國家技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)、省部級(jí)科技一等獎(jiǎng)8項(xiàng)。以第一或通訊作者發(fā)表SCI收錄論文290余篇(其中影響因子IF >7.0170余篇)。以第一或獨(dú)立發(fā)明人獲授權(quán)發(fā)明專利220項(xiàng),轉(zhuǎn)讓100項(xiàng)。出版專著8本,其中3本是獨(dú)立作者或第一作者、也是本領(lǐng)域的第一部專著。已培養(yǎng)工學(xué)博士90人,其中2人獲全國百篇優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文獎(jiǎng)、4人獲提名獎(jiǎng)。






彭永臻教授簡(jiǎn)介

 

彭永臻,男,1949年生,哈爾濱人,哈爾濱建筑工程學(xué)院(現(xiàn)哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué))博士,現(xiàn)任北京工業(yè)大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程研究所所長(zhǎng)、首席教授、兼任哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)博士生導(dǎo)師。國家教學(xué)名師,全國模范教師。

主要研究方向是污水生物處理的理論與應(yīng)用、活性污泥法污水處理系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)控制與智能控制、水環(huán)境與污水處理工程的管理信息系統(tǒng)。已完成5項(xiàng)國家自然科學(xué)基金和2項(xiàng)教育部?jī)?yōu)秀年輕教師基金等近30項(xiàng)國家與省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目,目前主持和承擔(dān)國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、國家“863”項(xiàng)目和國家“十五”科技攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目等12項(xiàng)科研項(xiàng)目。先后獲得了20余項(xiàng)省部級(jí)以上科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)和優(yōu)秀教學(xué)獎(jiǎng),其中包括2004和2009年2次獲得國家科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng),3次獲得省部級(jí)科技一等獎(jiǎng)。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)于2007年被評(píng)為首批“國家級(jí)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)”,負(fù)責(zé)的《水質(zhì)工程學(xué)》和主講的《環(huán)境保護(hù)概論》先后獲國家精品課程。主編與參編了3本全國統(tǒng)編教材和5本專著,發(fā)表論文400余篇,其中SCI檢索的論文130余篇。獲得發(fā)明專利授權(quán)38項(xiàng)。指導(dǎo)的博士生中已有39人獲博士學(xué)位,并連續(xù)2次獲得“全國優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文”獎(jiǎng),另2次獲該項(xiàng)提名獎(jiǎng)。

 一、基本情況

 

彭永臻:男,工學(xué)博士,博士生導(dǎo)師,F(xiàn)任北京工業(yè)大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)科首 席教授 (兼任哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)博士生導(dǎo)師),環(huán)境工程系主任兼水污染控制室主任。1981年作為我國首批碩士研究生畢業(yè)于哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)。1993年破格晉升為教授,1996年評(píng)為博士生導(dǎo)師,先后獲黑龍江省優(yōu)秀中青年專家、獲政府特殊津貼、“國家教學(xué)名師”、“全國模范教師”,“北京市人民教師提名獎(jiǎng)” 等稱號(hào)。

 

現(xiàn)任中國城鎮(zhèn)供水排水協(xié)會(huì)常務(wù)理事,中國環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)環(huán)境工程分會(huì)副主任委員,《環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》副主編,《北京工業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》副主編,《中國給水排水》、《給水排水》和《Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering in China》等9本雜志的編委。

 

主要研究方向是污水生物處理及其自動(dòng)控制與智能控制、污水脫氮除磷的新工藝與新技術(shù)。先后獲得了20余項(xiàng)省部級(jí)以上科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)和優(yōu)秀教學(xué)獎(jiǎng),其中包括國家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)1次,省部級(jí)科技一等獲獎(jiǎng)3次。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)于2007年被評(píng)為首批“國家級(jí)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)”,負(fù)責(zé)的《水質(zhì)工程學(xué)》和主講的《環(huán)境保護(hù)概論》先后獲國家精品課程。主編與參編了3本全國統(tǒng)編教材和7本專著,發(fā)表論文400余篇,其中SCI檢索的論文120余篇。獲得發(fā)明專利授權(quán)30余項(xiàng)。指導(dǎo)的博士生中已有37人獲博士學(xué)位,并于2005年和2006年連續(xù)2次獲得 “ 全國優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文”獎(jiǎng),另2次獲“ 全國優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文”提名獎(jiǎng)。

已主持了9項(xiàng)國家自然科學(xué)基金和2項(xiàng)教育部?jī)?yōu)秀年輕教師基金等30多項(xiàng)國家與省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目,目前正主持國家自然科學(xué)基金重大國際合作項(xiàng)目、國家“863”項(xiàng)目和國家“十一五”科技支撐項(xiàng)目等科研項(xiàng)目。先后獲得獲得了20余項(xiàng)省部級(jí)優(yōu)秀教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)和科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng),2004年和2009年2次獲得國家科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)。

2016年7月1日,彭永臻院士在人民大會(huì)堂被授予“全國優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員”稱號(hào),是北京工業(yè)大學(xué)校首位獲此殊榮的黨員。[4] 
 

學(xué)術(shù)簡(jiǎn)介

 

研究方向

主要研究方向是污水生物處理的理論與應(yīng)用、活性污泥法污水處理系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)控制與智能控制、水環(huán)境與污水處理工程的管理信息系統(tǒng)。
 

學(xué)術(shù)成就

已完成5項(xiàng)國家自然科學(xué)基金和2項(xiàng)教育部?jī)?yōu)秀年輕教師基金等近30項(xiàng)國家與省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目,其中包括2004和2009年2次獲得國家科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng),3次獲得省部級(jí)科技一等獎(jiǎng)。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)于2007年被評(píng)為首批“國家級(jí)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)”,負(fù)責(zé)的《水質(zhì)工程學(xué)》和主講的《環(huán)境保護(hù)概論》先后獲國家精品課程。主編與參編了3本全國統(tǒng)編教材和5本專著,發(fā)表論文400余篇,其中SCI檢索的論文130余篇。獲得發(fā)明專利授權(quán)38項(xiàng)。指導(dǎo)的博士生中已有39人獲博士學(xué)位,并連續(xù)2次獲得“全國優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文”獎(jiǎng),另2次獲該項(xiàng)提名獎(jiǎng)。

已主持了9項(xiàng)國家自然科學(xué)基金和2項(xiàng)教育部?jī)?yōu)秀年輕教師基金等30多項(xiàng)國家與省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目。先后獲得獲得了20余項(xiàng)省部級(jí)優(yōu)秀教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)和科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng),2004年、2009年和2012年共3次獲得國家科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)。指導(dǎo)的博士生連續(xù)2次獲得“全國優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文”獎(jiǎng),另3次獲該項(xiàng)提名獎(jiǎng)。

人物事跡

他年近七旬,一直堅(jiān)守在教學(xué)和科研的第一線。堅(jiān)持用獨(dú)創(chuàng)的“過程控制法”培養(yǎng)學(xué)生,培養(yǎng)工學(xué)博士62人,有2人獲全國百篇優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文獎(jiǎng)、4篇獲提名獎(jiǎng),12人已成為教授、博導(dǎo)、教授級(jí)高工或研究員。堅(jiān)持為本科生上課,將深?yuàn)W的科學(xué)原理變得不再晦澀難懂,常有其他學(xué)生慕名旁聽,講授的《水質(zhì)工程學(xué)》和《環(huán)境保護(hù)概論》被評(píng)為國家級(jí)精品課程。始終把國家的需要作為自己的研究與攻關(guān)方向,圍繞解決北京水資源短缺及城市污水處理問題潛心鉆研,研發(fā)的污水處理節(jié)能降耗新技術(shù)與工藝成功解決了酒仙橋、方莊污水處理廠污泥膨脹和上浮問題,創(chuàng)新提出“活性污泥微膨脹節(jié)能理論與方法”,達(dá)到國際領(lǐng)先水平。2015年當(dāng)選為中國工程院院士后,婉拒配車配秘書的待遇,只是提出爭(zhēng)取在學(xué)校建立國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)學(xué)科發(fā)展。他不僅教授學(xué)生知識(shí),還扶助年輕學(xué)子在做人做事上健康成長(zhǎng),堅(jiān)持與學(xué)生一起“泡”在實(shí)驗(yàn)室做科研,要求學(xué)生發(fā)表論文前要反復(fù)試驗(yàn),培養(yǎng)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)目茖W(xué)態(tài)度。[1]
