現(xiàn)任環(huán)境模擬與污染控制國(guó)家重點(diǎn)聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任,清華大學(xué)環(huán)境學(xué)院院學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)主任,校學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)委員,水環(huán)境保護(hù)研究所所長(zhǎng),長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)計(jì)劃特聘教授,國(guó)家杰出青年基金獲得者,教育部“長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者和創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)展計(jì)劃”“污水處理與資源化”創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)帶頭人,國(guó)家精品課程負(fù)責(zé)人,享受國(guó)務(wù)院政府特殊津貼專家,中國(guó)土木工程學(xué)會(huì)水工業(yè)分會(huì)理事。國(guó)際水協(xié)會(huì)高級(jí)會(huì)士(IWA fellow),IWA膜技術(shù)專業(yè)委員會(huì)委員,國(guó)際雜志“Frontier of Environmental Science & Engineering”執(zhí)行副主編,“Water Science & Technology”Associate Editor,“Desalination” Editorial Board,國(guó)際生物電化學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)會(huì)(ISMET)第一屆理事會(huì)理事,《環(huán)境科學(xué)》、《環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》、《膜科學(xué)與技術(shù)》、《水處理技術(shù)》雜志編委。長(zhǎng)期從事膜法水處理技術(shù)、生物電化學(xué)水處理技術(shù)、污水資源化技術(shù)等方面的研究工作。在2012年中取得的主要成果:(1)主持“十一五”國(guó)家水重大專項(xiàng)課題“快速城市化新區(qū)水環(huán)境綜合保護(hù)技術(shù)研究與示范”,與課題組全體人員一起,針對(duì)快速城市化區(qū)域的水環(huán)境特點(diǎn),從區(qū)域水環(huán)境綜合保護(hù)的理念出發(fā),開(kāi)展了多項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究與示范。她所領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的團(tuán)隊(duì)成功開(kāi)發(fā)出針對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)匚鬯|(zhì)的強(qiáng)化內(nèi)源反硝化的MBR脫氮除磷工藝,大幅度增強(qiáng)了系統(tǒng)脫氮的穩(wěn)定性。研究成果為示范區(qū)水污染控制和局部區(qū)域水環(huán)境質(zhì)量改善提供了技術(shù)支撐。該課題于2012年7月通過(guò)驗(yàn)收。(2)作為課題第二負(fù)責(zé)人,承擔(dān)“十二五”國(guó)家水專項(xiàng)課題“污水處理系統(tǒng)區(qū)域優(yōu)化運(yùn)行及城市面源削減技術(shù)研究與示范”。和課題組全體人員一起,在十一五工作的基礎(chǔ)上,繼續(xù)開(kāi)展膜生物反應(yīng)器等污水處理工藝的節(jié)能降耗、城市排水管網(wǎng)優(yōu)化運(yùn)行與管理技術(shù)等研究。目前已取得階段性研究成果。(3)獲得國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)課題“基于物質(zhì)定向轉(zhuǎn)化/轉(zhuǎn)移的城市污水再生回用深度處理新技術(shù)原理”資助。該課題基于電化學(xué)、生物電化學(xué)、膜分離的原理,提出城市污水自持能量驅(qū)動(dòng)資源回收和水再生利用的新工藝,以達(dá)到資源回收和污水再生回用的目的。(4)當(dāng)選為全球最大的水行業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)國(guó)際水協(xié)會(huì)高級(jí)會(huì)士(IWA fellow)。(5)出版專著《水處理膜生物反應(yīng)器原理與應(yīng)用》一部(科學(xué)出版社)。(6)作為《水處理工程》國(guó)家級(jí)精品課程的負(fù)責(zé)人和《環(huán)境工程原理》國(guó)家級(jí)精品課程的主講教師,積極促進(jìn)課程教學(xué)的進(jìn)一步升級(jí),完成精品資源共享課程的申報(bào)。(7)指導(dǎo)的1名研究生獲清華大學(xué)特等獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金(清華大學(xué)最高獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)),1名獲清華大學(xué)優(yōu)秀博士論文,1名獲國(guó)家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,首屆“清華—陶氏可持續(xù)發(fā)展創(chuàng)新挑戰(zhàn)賽”一等獎(jiǎng)和二等獎(jiǎng)獲獎(jiǎng)各1名。指導(dǎo)的1名本科生獲清華大學(xué)優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)論文、優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生,多名本科生獲多項(xiàng)科技創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。
