【研究領(lǐng)域】
長期從事環(huán)境微生物學(xué)與環(huán)境生物技術(shù)、污水再生處理與再生水水質(zhì)安全評(píng)價(jià)及保障技術(shù)、污染水體水質(zhì)凈化與生態(tài)恢復(fù)技術(shù)等方向的研究,至今共發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)期刊論文400余篇(其中SCI論文100多篇),2008年獲國家基礎(chǔ)青年基金資助,2010年被評(píng)為北京市教學(xué)名師。胡洪營教授及其領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的課題組是我國較早系統(tǒng)開展污水再生利用安全研究的科研團(tuán)隊(duì)之一。近年來,圍繞再生水水質(zhì)保障與安全利用這一核心目標(biāo),通過主持和承擔(dān)國家杰出青年基金項(xiàng)目、自然科學(xué)基金面上及重大國際合作項(xiàng)目、國家重點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)研究發(fā)展計(jì)劃(973計(jì)劃)課題、國家科技攻關(guān)計(jì)劃課題、國家重大水專項(xiàng)和教育部“985計(jì)劃”人才支持項(xiàng)目(清華大學(xué)“百人計(jì)劃”項(xiàng)目)等國家級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目,針對(duì)污水再生處理和再生水利用過程中的健康與生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)生機(jī)制、控制技術(shù)原理以及再生水生態(tài)毒性評(píng)價(jià)等開展了系統(tǒng)、深入的研究,提出了“病原微生物與有毒有害化學(xué)污染物協(xié)調(diào)控制、污水再生處理工藝與再生水利用過程聯(lián)合優(yōu)化”的污水再生利用安全保障技術(shù)路線,在這領(lǐng)域的研究不斷深入。在我國率先提出污水再生處理和資源能源生產(chǎn)耦合的概念,并開展利用污水生產(chǎn)生物質(zhì)能源(大型水生植物、微藻生物質(zhì)/生物柴油)的相關(guān)研究。
在教學(xué)方面,主講本科生課程“環(huán)境工程微生物學(xué)”和“環(huán)境工程原理”(北京市精品課程、國家級(jí)精品課程)。主持編寫了國家“十五”重點(diǎn)規(guī)劃教材《環(huán)境工程原理》(北京市精品教材)和“十五”土建學(xué)科重點(diǎn)規(guī)劃教材《水處理生物學(xué)》(北京市精品教材),參加編寫國家“十五”重點(diǎn)規(guī)劃教材《環(huán)境微生物學(xué)》等。

1、有毒有害污染物的微生物處理技術(shù)研究
研究高效環(huán)境微生物的分離與育種、有毒有害污染物的生物降解特性、污染物凈化微生物反應(yīng)器等。正在從事的課題如下:
1)揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物(VOCs)及惡臭氣體的生物過濾技術(shù)研究
2)VOC高效降解菌分離與應(yīng)用
3)苯胺高效降解菌的分離與菌劑制備技術(shù)研究
4)剩余污泥的嗜熱菌溶化及資源化技術(shù)
2、環(huán)境微生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)與功能的解析及優(yōu)化調(diào)控技術(shù)
開發(fā)、利用分子生物學(xué)手段定量解析微生物的群落結(jié)構(gòu)和功能,為優(yōu)化生物反應(yīng)器操作提供依據(jù)。正在從事的課題如下:
1)微生物醌指紋法的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用
2)高效微生物的熒光標(biāo)識(shí)技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用
3)微生物助劑(活性增強(qiáng)劑)的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用
4)POPs污染環(huán)境的微生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)及代謝多樣性研究(為生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)提供依據(jù))
3、水質(zhì)凈化生態(tài)工程技術(shù)研究
開發(fā)以水生(濕生)植物為主體的水質(zhì)凈化系統(tǒng)和有害微生物控制技術(shù),如:濕地技術(shù)、氮磷的植物轉(zhuǎn)化與資源回收技術(shù)、植物化感抑藻技術(shù)。正在從事的課題如下:
1)人工濕地水質(zhì)凈化系統(tǒng)研究
小規(guī)模生活污水、硝酸氮污染水體、病原微生物、微量持久性污染物的去除等
2)河流水質(zhì)凈化與生態(tài)恢復(fù)技術(shù)研究
3)以再生水為水源的人工水體(湖泊)水質(zhì)凈化生態(tài)系統(tǒng)研究
4)有害藻類的植物化感抑制技術(shù)研究
4、再生水水質(zhì)安全評(píng)價(jià)與保障技術(shù)研究
建立水質(zhì)安全的生物監(jiān)測(cè)方法,研究,開發(fā)污水安全消毒技術(shù)、污水消毒的生物毒性生成規(guī)律與控制等。正在從事的課題如下:

研究概況
胡洪營教授長期從事環(huán)境微生物學(xué)與環(huán)境生物技術(shù)、污水生物/生態(tài)處理技術(shù)、再生水水質(zhì)安全評(píng)價(jià)與保障技術(shù)、污染水體水質(zhì)凈化與生態(tài)恢復(fù)技術(shù)等方向的研究,至今共發(fā)表論著近250余篇(其中SCI論文近60篇)。
