馬軍,男,漢族,1962年7月出生,1982年哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)(原哈建工)本科畢業(yè),1985年獲碩士學(xué)位,1990年獲博士學(xué)位,1991-1992年同濟(jì)大學(xué)博士后,1993-1995年英國(guó)帝國(guó)理工學(xué)院"居里夫人"博士后!
