陳雪明,博士,教授。先后于原武漢水電學(xué)院動力系、同濟(jì)大學(xué)環(huán)境工程系與香港科技大學(xué)化工系獲學(xué)士、碩士與博士學(xué)位。主要從事給水與廢水處理研究,研究方向為水與廢水的電化學(xué)處理、膜分離及工業(yè)循環(huán)水水質(zhì)控制。近年主持承擔(dān)了教育部留學(xué)回國人員啟動基金、國家自然科學(xué)基金及浙江省自然科學(xué)基金等項目。已在J. Phys. Chem. B.、Environ. Sci. Technol.、Chem. Eng. Sci.及J. Electrochem. Soc. 等SCI核心刊物上發(fā)表論文25篇,累計被SCI論文他引660余次,其中有1篇被SCI論文他引160余次。獲授權(quán)發(fā)明專利2項,其中一項專利成果已在多家電廠應(yīng)用。

研究成果:
1. 研發(fā)了兩種新型高性能電極Ti/RuO2-Sb2O5-SnO2與Ti/SnO2-Sb-Ce。前者可用于釋O2與釋Cl2,后者可用于產(chǎn)•OH自由基。這些電極在電氣浮、次氯酸鹽制備、離子交換電再生及電化學(xué)降解等領(lǐng)域具有良好應(yīng)用前景。
2. 研發(fā)了以電再生離子交換/電去離子為核心的含Cr(VI)廢水資源化處理新技術(shù),獲授權(quán)發(fā)明專利1項;探明了影響分離效率的關(guān)鍵因素,提出了一種簡易可靠的電去離子系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化新方法—荷質(zhì)比(Charge-mass ratio)控制法。
3. 研發(fā)了以脫CO2為核心的循環(huán)水水質(zhì)控制新技術(shù),獲授權(quán)發(fā)明專利1項,該成果成功地解決了發(fā)電機(jī)循環(huán)冷卻水通常pH值偏低、電導(dǎo)率偏高、銅線棒易受腐蝕的技術(shù)難題,已在浙江5家電廠共13套發(fā)電機(jī)組上獲工業(yè)化應(yīng)用,目前正在進(jìn)一步推廣。
