蔣益民，男，1957年1月生，漢族，中共黨員，工學博士，教授級高工。現(xiàn)任湖南省環(huán)境保護局局長、黨組書記（正廳級）。湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學兼職教授。
工作簡歷
1970.09-1972.07，華容一中讀初中；
1972.09-1974.07，華容三中讀高中；
1974.03-19768.11，華容縣萬庫公社塌西湖農(nóng)場知青；
1976.11-1978.08，岳陽地區(qū)軸承廠工作；
1978.09-1982.07，中山大學氣象學專業(yè)學習、1982年7月被授予學士學位；
1982.08-1995.01，湖南省環(huán)�？蒲兴髿馐腋敝魅巍⒅魅�、副所長、所長；
1995.01-2003.03，湖南省環(huán)境保護局副局長、黨組成員、黨組副書記；
1998.09-2001.07，湖南大學環(huán)境科學與工程系、環(huán)境工程專業(yè)學習、2001年7月被授予環(huán)境工程碩士學位；
2001.09-2004.08，湖南大學環(huán)境科學與工程系、環(huán)境工程專業(yè)學習、2004年12月被授予工學博士學位；
2003.03 至今 湖南省環(huán)境保護局局長，黨組書記。
