    張立秋,男,40歲,博士,環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事水與廢水深度處理技術(shù)與理論、新型藥物類污染物去除技術(shù)與機(jī)理、污泥減量與資源化利用技術(shù)等方面的科研工作,主講 “水污染控制工程”、“泵與風(fēng)機(jī)”、“水質(zhì)工程學(xué)”等本科生課程和 “廢水處理模型與模擬”等研究生課程。主編教材與專著3部,參編教材與專著6部。近5年主持完成和正在進(jìn)行國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、國(guó)家863自由探索項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、“十一五”國(guó)家科技支撐計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目和國(guó)家水專項(xiàng)課題各1項(xiàng)、環(huán)保公益性行業(yè)科研專項(xiàng)2項(xiàng)、北京市自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)等各類科研項(xiàng)目共計(jì)10余項(xiàng)。發(fā)表研究論文百余篇, 其中SCI收錄論文9篇。獲國(guó)家發(fā)明專利5項(xiàng),獲國(guó)家技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)(2005年,排名3),獲黑龍江省技術(shù)發(fā)明一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)(2008年,排名5),獲黑龍江省科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)(2003年,排名4),獲黑龍江省第八屆青年科技獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)。2008年入選教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃”。
