葉代啟
,男,1965年2月出生,湖北麻城人。現(xiàn)任華南理工大學(xué)環(huán)境與能源學(xué)院院長(zhǎng),教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。研究興趣包括揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物(VOCs)減排控制政策研究,VOCs、機(jī)動(dòng)車排氣、氮氧化物控制技術(shù)研究與開發(fā),室內(nèi)空氣凈化材料與設(shè)備研究等。

培養(yǎng)研究生情況:

中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)周刊-經(jīng)濟(jì)網(wǎng)訊 (記者 賈璇) “9月份,廣東空氣質(zhì)量首要污染物從過去的PM2.5現(xiàn)在變成了臭氧,在東莞、廣州、佛山很多地方都是這樣。原因就是VOCs的排放控制還是有問題。”10月26日,華南理工大學(xué)環(huán)境與能源學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)葉代啟在中國(guó)VOCs(揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物)監(jiān)測(cè)與治理市場(chǎng)發(fā)展研討會(huì)上表示。

葉代啟強(qiáng)調(diào),通過他們的研究表明,2015年我國(guó)人為源VOCs排放量或?yàn)槊绹?guó)、歐盟和日本的總和,其中山東、廣東、浙江排在全國(guó)各省排放量的前列。石化行業(yè)、印刷包裝行業(yè)排在全國(guó)各產(chǎn)業(yè)排放量的前列。針對(duì)這些行業(yè),我們應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)控制,比如在石油煉制、建筑裝飾時(shí),鼓勵(lì)大家不要用臭氧生成潛勢(shì)太高的溶劑,包括印刷、交通設(shè)備的制造。

大氣污染控制領(lǐng)域,主要是揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物(VOCs)減排控制政策研究;VOCs排放特征、排放清單及其反應(yīng)活性究;VOCs、機(jī)動(dòng)車排氣、室內(nèi)空氣污染控制技術(shù)研究與開發(fā);VOCs的非熱等離子體及催化凈化技術(shù)研發(fā)等。

承擔(dān)項(xiàng)目:

主持VOCs和細(xì)粒子(PM2.5)的減排政策研究、基礎(chǔ)理論研究和技術(shù)開發(fā)領(lǐng)域的研究課題40余項(xiàng),包括國(guó)家環(huán)保公益項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),國(guó)家“863計(jì)劃課題2項(xiàng),NSFC-廣東省聯(lián)合基金1項(xiàng)、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng),國(guó)家環(huán)保部項(xiàng)目8項(xiàng),廣東省重大科技專項(xiàng)2項(xiàng)等。

學(xué)術(shù)成果:

    主講本科、碩士生學(xué)位課程3門和其它課程4門,其中本科課程Air Pollution Control Engineering/大氣污染控制工程》為第一批校級(jí)精品課程;共培養(yǎng)博士和碩士研究生100余名(已畢業(yè)博士8名,碩士70余名)以及青年教師8名。

發(fā)表論文300余篇,其中在Atmos.Environ.;J.Mater.Chem.; J.Mol.Catal.,A; Chem. Eng. J等發(fā)表SCI論文200余篇。申請(qǐng)中國(guó)專利22件,含16件發(fā)明專利(8件已獲授權(quán))6件實(shí)用新型專利。研發(fā)了VOCs多種吸附和催化功能材料,蓄熱(催化)燃燒技術(shù)等,開發(fā)的VOCs控制成套技術(shù)和裝備達(dá)到國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平,推廣應(yīng)用100多套,獲得中國(guó)專利優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)和廣東省科技獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)。開發(fā)的治理技術(shù)在全球最大的電子垃圾拆解基地廢氣整治工程中成功應(yīng)用。完成科技成果鑒定共6項(xiàng)。建有80余個(gè)廢氣治理工程。編寫《新化工詞典(環(huán)境與環(huán)境化工部分)(主編)、《環(huán)?破諈矔——VOCs污染防治知識(shí)問答》(主編)等書4本;負(fù)責(zé)編撰廣東省地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)4項(xiàng)(3項(xiàng)完成,1項(xiàng)在編)和國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)2項(xiàng)(在編)。長(zhǎng)期服務(wù)于國(guó)家、地方及(化工)園區(qū)VOCs污染治理。參與大氣污染防治國(guó)十條、國(guó)家環(huán)境保護(hù)十二五規(guī)劃研究、重點(diǎn)區(qū)域十二五規(guī)劃和十三五總量控制規(guī)劃等國(guó)家重要政策的研究與制訂;服務(wù)于G20峰會(huì)、廣州亞運(yùn)等國(guó)家重大事件的空氣質(zhì)量保障并獲得表彰。
