一、集團旗下主要板塊

　　1.國禎環(huán)保

　　安徽國禎環(huán)保節(jié)能科技股份有限公司，成立于1997年2月，注冊資金3億元，擁有員工2130人，是國內生活污水處理行業(yè)市場化過程中較早提供“一站式六維服務”【投融資、設備制造、設計研發(fā)、工程建設、設備集成、運營管理】綜合解決方案的專業(yè)公司之一，2014年在深交所創(chuàng)業(yè)板成功上市（股票代碼：300388），公司長期致力于水資源綜合利用，現(xiàn)已形成了市政污水處理、工業(yè)廢水處理、類IV類水提標改造、小城鎮(zhèn)污水、小流域治理等環(huán)保工程的設計研發(fā)、工程承包、設備研發(fā)與集成、運營管理、投融資服務等全壽命周期的完整產業(yè)鏈。

　　公司目前在全國擁有100余座污水處理廠，運營規(guī)模約400萬噸/日。公司運營的代表性項目有合肥清溪凈水廠、合肥環(huán)巢湖DBO項目、長沙湘湖污水處理廠中水示范工程、青島李村河污水處理工程等項目。

　　2.國禎燃氣、國禎液化氣

　　阜陽國禎燃氣有限公司，成立于1997年6月，注冊資金9291萬元人民幣，擁有員工592人，是阜陽市唯一一家同時具備城市管道燃氣經營及管道工程安裝資質的燃氣企業(yè)。公司獨家承辦了國家西氣東輸---安徽阜陽市及所轄縣市天然氣利用工程建設與運營，建成了天然氣門站1座、母站1座、釋放站4座、汽車加氣站12座、管道1300公里等完善的城鎮(zhèn)天然氣輸配供應系統(tǒng)，年銷售天然氣1.2億立方，將來自新疆塔里木盆地的石油天然氣輸送到阜陽市及周邊5個縣市的企業(yè)、機關及千家萬戶。同時，公司聯(lián)合山東東明、上海江陸等組建擁有成品油生產、批發(fā)、零售“產供銷”一體化經營體系，年銷售成品油 3500萬升。公司多次榮獲安徽省優(yōu)秀民營企業(yè)、阜陽市百強企業(yè)及非公經濟納稅企業(yè)十強稱號。當前，公司正通過資產重組和企業(yè)兼并改造，組建跨地區(qū)、多元化的清潔能源集團，并積極與國內知名證券公司開展戰(zhàn)略合作，全面啟動IPO上市工作，實現(xiàn)超常規(guī)、跨越式發(fā)展。

　　安徽國禎生態(tài)科技股份有限公司，成立于2016年2月，注冊資金1億元，擁有員工247人。公司堅持以秸稈農林廢棄物等生物質綜合利用為發(fā)展方向，以生物質作為原料生產“熱、電、土壤修復劑（生態(tài)肥料）”三個主要產品。公司與杭州鍋爐集團合作吸收德國PNPP公司先進技術，開發(fā)擁有“超高溫高壓再熱發(fā)電技術”；與合肥水泥研究院合作開發(fā)擁有鍋爐脫硫、脫硝、除塵一體化技術；與中科院南京土壤研究所合作開發(fā)擁有生態(tài)肥料技術，形成一個擁有核心技術，擁有一批高端人才，集投資運營、設備制造、工程建設為一體的農林固體廢棄物循環(huán)利用綠色生態(tài)環(huán)保公司。目前公司旗下有國禎美潔（安徽）生物質熱電有限公司、亳州國禎生物質熱電有限公司、安徽國禎明光生物質發(fā)電有限責任公司三個子公司。

Anhui Guozhen Group Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock enterprise group incorporated in1994 with permission of the Anhui provincial government. 1. Guozhen Environmental Protection

Founded in February 1997 with a registered capital of 300 million yuan, Anhui Guozhen Environmental Protection Technology Joint Stock Co., Ltd.(GZEP), now with 2130employees, is one of the specialized companies in China that first offered integrated solutions in the marketization process of domestic waste water treatment industry, featuring "one-stop six-dimension services". Since its listing in ShenZhen Stock Exchange in 2014(300388), the company has always been committed to the integrated utilization of water resources, and has now formed a full life cycle industry chain ranging from design and R&D, project contracting, equipment R&D and integration, operation management as well as investment and financing of municipal and industrial waste water treatment, upgrading and reconstruction of near IV water, as well as small town sewage and minor drainage basin treatment.

At present, the company has over 100 waste water treatment plants all over China, with a treatment capacity of over 4 million tons per day. Its typical projects include Hefei Qingxi Water Treatment Plant, Hefei Chaohu River DBO, the ReclaimedWater Pilot Project of Changsha Xianghu Lake Waste Water Treatment Plant and Qingdao Li County River Waste Water Treatment Project, etc.

2. Guozhen Gas and Guozhen LNG

Fuyang Guozhen Gas Company was founded in June 1997 with a registered capital of 92.91 million yuan. With a staff of 592 people, it is now the only one company in Fuyang City that is qualified for both urban pipeline gas operation and pipeline engineering installation. The company exclusively undertook the national "West-East Natural GasTransmission" Project in Fuyang City, including its counties and cities, and has established a complete urban natural gas transmission & distribution and supply system consisting of one natural gas station, one master station, four stations for storage and distribution, twelve vehicle fueling stations as well as 1,300 km of pipelines. With annual sales of 120 million cubic meters, the company has carried oil and gas fromTarim Basin of Xinjiang Province to enterprises, institutions and numerous families in Fuyang City and its five surrounding counties and cities. In the meantime, the company has cooperated with Shandong Dongming and Shanghai Jianglu and established an integrated operating system, featuring production, wholesale and retail of refined oil products with annual sales of 35 million liters. Anhui Guozhen LNG Company, separated from Fuyang Guozhen Gas Company, was founded in August, 2015 with a registered capital of 5 million yuan and a staff of 189 people. The company owns a special railway line of 1000 meters, more than ten tank cars as well as an LNG storing capacity of 6500 cubic meters. Operating 15 LNG stations, it is now the largest enterprise in Anhui Province in terms of assets and market in LNG business. In addition to Fuyang market, it has also set up branch offices in Dongming, Jinan, Nanjing and other cities, and has been actively involved in markets of Lu’an, Huainan, Bozhou and other surrounding cities, holding some important positions in Henan, Shandong and Jiangsu provinces. Presently, the company is making great efforts to expand and integrate its market through projects operation, as well as strengthen and standardize the market through site construction, distribution service, channel control and other terminal management so as to make itself bigger and stronger.

3. Guozhen Eco-tech

Anhui Guozhen Eco-tech Co., Ltd. was founded in February 2016 with a registered capital of 100 million yuan and it now has a staff of 247 people. The company has been committed to comprehensive utilization of biomass such as straw and other agricultural and forestry residues and production of three main products, i.e. heat, power and soil remediation agent(ecological fertilizer) which take biomass as raw material. Benefiting from cooperation with other enterprises both at home and abroad, Guozhen Eco-tech has grown to be an integrated company of investment and operation, equipment manufacturing and project engineering, featuring cyclic use of agricultural and forestry waste, for example, it cooperates with Hangzhou Boiler Group and introduces advanced technologies from PNPP Company of Germany so as to develop and own the ultra-high-temperature-and-pressure thermal power generation technology, works with Hefei Cement Research Institute to develop and own the integrated technology ofdesulfurization, de-nitrification and dust removing, and also joint hands with Institute of Soil Science of Chinese Academy of Sciences in Nanjing to develop and own eco-fertilizer technology. At present, it has three subsidiary companies, i.e. Guozhen Meijie (Anhui) Biomass Thermal Power Co., Ltd., Bozhou Guozhen B, iomass Thermal Power Co., Ltd. and Anhui Guozhen Mingguang Biomass Power Generation Co., Ltd.

In t, he future, the compan, y will continue to integrate biomass-related resources and business within Guozhen system and further develop solid waste disposal business so as to establish its core competence in eco sector and achieve the IPO of its main business, i.e. biomass power generation.

4. Guozhen Environment Remediation

Founded in April, 2016 with a registered capital of 60 million yuan, Anhui Guozhen Environment Remediation Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specialized in soil and underground water remediation. Ever since its inception, the company has been striving to set up a full industrial chain in environment remediation and enhance its general capacity through mode innovation, technological R&D, engineering practice as well as team building. Based on relations with Guozhen Group and GZEP, the company has established strategic cooperation with several famous scientific institutes and enterprises such as Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences, Institute of Soil Science of Chinese Academy of Sciences in Nanjing, Anhui Research Academy of Environmental Sciences and MWH Environmental Engineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., etc. With ever-rising technical strength and brand influence, the company will gradually be able to offer one-stop environment remediation service which includes contaminated site investigation, risk evaluation, repairing proposal design, remediation project construction and also follow-up monitoring and assessment, and eventually become a famous integrated service provider of soil and underground water remediation.

Anhui Guozhen Health Industry Investment Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010 with aregistered capital of 20 million yuan and mainly focuses on investment, construction and management of health industry and its related service industry. Responding to theemerging requirements of the society, the company has put forward its own health concept, i.e. “mind purification, health guide, green food, health maintenance and back to nature”. While taking “disease prevention, fighting against aging and nurturing the body and soul” as its goal, the strategic transition of Guozhen Real Estate and Guozhen Health Building as its basis, the company has combined Chinese traditional medical essence and modern medical tests and equilibrium intervention treatment technology, aiming at creating a system which integrates physical examination, health assessment and intervention, plus a platform which provides high-end physical tests, equilibrium intervention, TCM physical therapy, athletic rehabilitation, nutritious diet, high-end apartment and private healthmaintenance theme club and providing one-stop health maintenance service for medium-and-high-end customers. Anhui Zhenzhixin International Trade Company, founded in 2013 with a registered capital of 30 million yuan, has its HQ in Hefei and a wholly-owned entity in Ningbo, i.e. Ningbo Dibang International Trade Company, which is a professional trade company dealing imports, transshipment trade, exports as well as domestic trade of staple commodities such as rubber, chemical products, plastics, non-ferrous metals, mineral products, etc. With 400 million yuan of assets, the company boasts a professional staff, featuring good business capabilities and excellent relations with upstream and downstream enterprises and more than ten customer companies. As a long-term partner with Anhui Grid Company and the State Grid Company, it has kept a good relation with many universities and colleges in Hefei and developed many pioneering new products such as intelligentvacuum circuit breakers, intelligent switch cabinets for the internet of things, which can be remotely controlled. In the meantime, the company has also actively promoted probity and self-discipline and implemented the Eight Rules of Political Bureau of the Central Committee, which shows its firm stand in building a clean administration. Adhering to its principle of "Serving the country and the society with industrialachievements", the Group Company set up Guozhen Academy in 2009 to give more back to society. During the past seven years, Guozhen Academy has hold around one hundred training classes concerning Chinese Classics, and more than 160 weekend classes. Besides, it has also taken on many government purchasing projects and benefited tens of thousands of people. In 2011, Guozhen Charity foundation was established. It has made donations for education, helped the poor and also launched many charity activities which offered help to more people. This is what Guozhen Group has done for the society, which has also turned a brand new chapter in its charity undertakings.
