研究領(lǐng)域

海洋環(huán)境和可燃冰:得到美國(guó)自然科學(xué)基金會(huì)和英國(guó)工程與物理基金會(huì)多個(gè)項(xiàng)目的資助。在近海和河流多種復(fù)雜條件下的的污染擴(kuò)散,難降解有機(jī)污染物的計(jì)算模擬和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)污染治理等方面取得一系列有重要的學(xué)術(shù)和應(yīng)用價(jià)值的成果。回國(guó)后繼續(xù)在石油污染物的吸附解析特性方面開(kāi)展工作。鑒于可燃冰的重大應(yīng)用前景,回國(guó)后開(kāi)始建立可燃冰研究團(tuán)隊(duì)和實(shí)驗(yàn)室。目前已經(jīng)在實(shí)驗(yàn)室生成了可燃冰,建成微納尺度的X-射線觀測(cè)系統(tǒng)。正在進(jìn)行可燃冰的機(jī)理和開(kāi)采工藝的研究。

海洋儀器和裝備:獲得了英國(guó)工程與物理基金會(huì)的重大項(xiàng)目資助,與英國(guó)國(guó)家實(shí)驗(yàn)室合作以開(kāi)發(fā)超高速度LDV/PIV儀檢測(cè)納米顆粒及海洋觀測(cè)儀器。在超高速圖像獲取、處理和傳輸?shù)确矫嫒〉弥匾黄,有廣泛和重要的應(yīng)用價(jià)值;貒(guó)后得到863重大項(xiàng)目課題和孔雀計(jì)劃課題資助,研制成功深海原位微顆粒速度和通量觀測(cè)儀器,近期將安放在深海,連入國(guó)家海底科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)網(wǎng)。正在建設(shè)國(guó)家級(jí)《深圳深海海洋工程裝備配套試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目》,在深圳大鵬籌建海上試驗(yàn)場(chǎng)。與企業(yè)合作開(kāi)展創(chuàng)新鏈產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈融合項(xiàng)目,開(kāi)發(fā)深海海洋裝備。

海洋動(dòng)力學(xué):淺水動(dòng)力學(xué)的淺水海島尾流問(wèn)題是多年來(lái)困擾科學(xué)家們的難題。首次在實(shí)驗(yàn)室成功的重演了衛(wèi)星觀測(cè)到的洋流大尺度紊動(dòng)水流結(jié)構(gòu)并找出了流態(tài)演變的控制參數(shù)。運(yùn)用穩(wěn)定性理論成功地獲得與天然觀測(cè)和實(shí)驗(yàn)室模擬吻合的結(jié)果。實(shí)驗(yàn)成果在權(quán)威的國(guó)際流體力學(xué)年鑒中被評(píng)價(jià)為非常漂亮的成果。這一創(chuàng)造性工作對(duì)淺水動(dòng)力學(xué)作出了重大的貢獻(xiàn)。該研究領(lǐng)域已發(fā)展為一門(mén)新興學(xué)科,是三次國(guó)際淺水動(dòng)力學(xué)會(huì)議的科學(xué)顧問(wèn),被公認(rèn)為該新興學(xué)科的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)始人之一;貒(guó)后繼續(xù)開(kāi)展海島和海山尾流的研究,參加由中國(guó)海洋大學(xué)主持的國(guó)家973項(xiàng)目關(guān)于島嶼周圍渦動(dòng)力學(xué)的課題。

海洋衛(wèi)星遙感和信息: 在衛(wèi)星遙感的中紅外波段信號(hào)成功地檢測(cè)植物水,所提出的新植物指數(shù)NDWI在國(guó)際上得到廣泛認(rèn)可。單篇文章SCI引用超200次。回國(guó)后正在開(kāi)展海洋遙感方面的工作, 包括衛(wèi)星高度計(jì),SAR等方面。在信息科學(xué)方面,與美國(guó)大氣與海洋管理局合作開(kāi)發(fā)了現(xiàn)代化的環(huán)境和水文信息系統(tǒng)用于河流和近海環(huán)境污染預(yù)測(cè)和防洪,并且作為歐洲環(huán)境和水文開(kāi)放式系統(tǒng)的一部分繼續(xù)開(kāi)發(fā);貒(guó)后主持環(huán)保部公益科研項(xiàng)目關(guān)于污水排海優(yōu)化的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和信息系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)。
