再生水廠CAST工藝脫氮性能優(yōu)化研究

摘要:本文結(jié)合某再生水廠循環(huán)式活性污泥法(CAST)的運行現(xiàn)狀,分析了該工藝選擇區(qū)的脫氮潛能。通過調(diào)節(jié)曝氣支管氣量,探討擴大缺氧區(qū)對CAST工藝脫氮性能的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),擴大缺氧區(qū)有利于充分利用進水中的COD進行反硝化,出水TN穩(wěn)定低于15mg/L。通過工藝優(yōu)化,可以強化CAST工藝脫氮性能,節(jié)省曝氣能耗并減少碳源投加量。

Abstract: The nitrogen removal potential of selector was analyzed by combining the running status of Cyclic Activated Sludge Technology (CAST). The effect of expanding anoxic zone on nitrogen removal performance was discussed by adjusting aeration. The results showed that expansion of anoxic zone was beneficial to make use of influent COD to denitrify, and effluent TN was stable below 15mg/L. Process optimization can enhance nitrogen removal performance of CAST, save aeration energy consumption and reduce dosage of carbon source.
