基于數(shù)學(xué)模擬的污水處理廠設(shè)計(jì):方法與案例

摘要:隨著我國城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠的出水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)逐步提高,基于經(jīng)驗(yàn)的傳統(tǒng)(定性或半定量)設(shè)計(jì)方法已經(jīng)難以滿足穩(wěn)定達(dá)標(biāo)和高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)水質(zhì)排放的要求。本文提出了基于數(shù)學(xué)模擬的污水處理工藝設(shè)計(jì)中的工藝評(píng)估和優(yōu)化方法,并列舉了兩個(gè)在新建污水處理廠和污水處理廠提標(biāo)改造中數(shù)學(xué)模擬應(yīng)用的案例,包括工藝方案的比較選擇、工藝方案評(píng)估優(yōu)化等內(nèi)容。

Abstract:With a large number of municipal wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) put into operation and more stringent effluent standards applied in China, the traditional, experience based process design methods are difficult to meet the challenge for such requirement of robust operation and high effluent quality. In this paper, the model based process design procedure was presented, and two practical cases are introduecedto demonstrate the application of the model based design method, including process comparison/selection, and process evaluation/optimization.
