摘要:山西某污水處理廠通過將原SBR+BAF+砂濾池工藝改造為ABM短時(shí)泥膜法[即AAO(活性污泥法)、BAF(曝氣生物濾池)和MDF(多功能深床濾池)組合工藝]污水處理工藝后,其設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模從5000m3/d增加至10000m3/d,出水水質(zhì)主要指標(biāo)由《城鎮(zhèn)污水廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB18918-2002)一級(jí)B提高至地表Ⅴ類。利用原構(gòu)筑物進(jìn)行改造,同時(shí)新建模塊化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件廠房以增加污水處理廠產(chǎn)水量,縮短了施工周期。詳細(xì)介紹了該工程概況、原工藝存在的問題、改造思路以及設(shè)計(jì)總結(jié)。

Design of Upgrading Reconstruction and Capacity Expansion of a Wastewater Treatment Plant in Shanxi

Abstract: A wastewater treatment plant in Shanxi had transformed the original SBR+BAF+ sand filter process into ABM short-time sludge membrane method (that were AAO (activated sludge process), BAF (aeration biological filter) and MDF (multi-function deep bed filter) combined process). The design capacity of the object could be added from 5000m3/d to 10000m3/d, and the main index of effluent quality could be increasedfrom the first level B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002) to the specified water standard level ⅴ. Rebuilt the original structure and built a modular factory building at the same time, that to increase the water output of the sewage treatment plant and short the construction period. The general situation of the project, the problems existing in the original technology, the reform ideas and the design summary weredetailedlyintroduced.
