雷光春

雷光春,1960年出生于湖南津市,現(xiàn)任北京林業(yè)大學(xué)自然保護(hù)區(qū)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)、教授;

 

主要教育經(jīng)歷:

1997年畢業(yè)于芬蘭赫爾辛基大學(xué)生態(tài)學(xué)專業(yè),獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位,

1985年畢業(yè)于中南林學(xué)院森林保護(hù)專業(yè),獲農(nóng)學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,

1982年畢業(yè)于中南林學(xué)院特用經(jīng)濟(jì)林專業(yè),獲農(nóng)學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位;

 

 

主要工作經(jīng)歷:

2008-至今,北京林業(yè)大學(xué)自然保護(hù)區(qū)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)、教授、博導(dǎo);

2003-2007,《濕地公約》秘書(shū)處亞太事務(wù)高級(jí)顧問(wèn);

1997-2003,北京大學(xué)教授、博導(dǎo);期間兼任世界自然基金會(huì)中國(guó)長(zhǎng)江項(xiàng)目主任、中國(guó)淡水與海洋項(xiàng)目主任

1988-1997,湖南省林業(yè)廳森林資源管理保護(hù)局自然保護(hù)科副科長(zhǎng),高級(jí)工程師、總工程師;

1985-1988,中南林學(xué)院講師、系教學(xué)秘書(shū)等。

濕地保護(hù)與管理,自然保護(hù)區(qū)管理,集合種群生態(tài)學(xué);

 

開(kāi)展科研項(xiàng)目情況:

    近年來(lái)共主持/承擔(dān)國(guó)家部委等科研項(xiàng)目30余項(xiàng),其中在研縱向項(xiàng)目包括國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目洞庭湖小白額雁越冬種群棲息地選擇策略科技基礎(chǔ)性專項(xiàng)課題溫帶干干旱半干旱區(qū)濕地資源及其主要生態(tài)環(huán)境效益綜合調(diào)查、973項(xiàng)目專題江湖關(guān)系改變對(duì)珍稀候鳥(niǎo)棲息地生境的影響,順利完成國(guó)家重點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)研究發(fā)展計(jì)劃(973重點(diǎn)區(qū)域濕地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)功能綜合評(píng)估及林業(yè)公益性行業(yè)科研專項(xiàng)典型濕地在全球氣候變化中作用的評(píng)估技術(shù)研究項(xiàng)目的結(jié)題驗(yàn)收工作。參與編寫(xiě)了多個(gè)政府咨詢報(bào)告,如《國(guó)家流域綜合管理戰(zhàn)略》、《國(guó)家生態(tài)系統(tǒng)管理戰(zhàn)略》、《國(guó)家生物碳匯戰(zhàn)略》濕地部分,向國(guó)家林業(yè)局提交了鄱陽(yáng)湖水利樞紐對(duì)濕地候鳥(niǎo)的影響研究報(bào)告,向湖南省政府提交了洞庭湖城陵磯水利樞紐對(duì)濕地候鳥(niǎo)影響研究的咨詢報(bào)告,為國(guó)家發(fā)展和建設(shè)提供了有效的科學(xué)支撐。此外,還承擔(dān)了國(guó)家林業(yè)局、省級(jí)單位、各自然保護(hù)區(qū)多項(xiàng)科研、調(diào)查工作,研究范圍涉及氣候變化、候鳥(niǎo)遷徙、濕地監(jiān)測(cè)與管理、宣傳教育、保護(hù)區(qū)信息管理系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)等多個(gè)方面,均取得了顯著成效。

先后在國(guó)內(nèi)外公開(kāi)發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文60余篇(其中SCI論文30余篇)、主編、參編專著8;曾獲北京市教學(xué)成果二等獎(jiǎng)(2012)、湖南省科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)、三等獎(jiǎng)各一項(xiàng)(1990、1993)、林業(yè)部科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)一項(xiàng)(1991。
