- 湖北十堰某污水處理廠對(duì)污泥處理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行技術(shù)改造,采用機(jī)械濃縮/調(diào)理改性/高壓壓濾工藝對(duì)污泥進(jìn)行深度脫水處理。深度脫水后污泥含水率由99.5%降至60%以下,滿足《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污泥處置 混合填埋用泥質(zhì)》(GB/T 23485—2009)的要求,有效解決了其污泥處理系統(tǒng)脫水性能較差的問(wèn)題。
- Abstract:
- The technological transformation of sludge treatment system in a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Shiyan, Hubei Province was introduced. A combined process of mechanical thickening, sludge conditioning and modification, and high-pressure filter was used and the water content of sludge was decreased from 99.5% to below 60% after deep dewatering, which met the requirements of Disposal of Sludge from Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant-Quality of Sludge for Co landfilling (GB/T 23485-2009). The problem of poor dewatering performance in the sludge treatment system was effectively solved.
