- 臭氧氧化工藝在混有較高比例工業(yè)廢水進入的城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠及對出水水質(zhì)要求較高的再生水廠已有廣泛應用,但臭氧處理系統(tǒng)較之常規(guī)污水處理工藝又有其明顯的特殊性。為高效、經(jīng)濟、安全地應用臭氧處理系統(tǒng),基于臭氧制備原理及發(fā)生器正常工作要求、臭氧的物理與化學性質(zhì)、臭氧工藝目標及其分別對應的經(jīng)驗工藝參數(shù),并結合相關工程設計、施工與運行案例,探討了臭氧發(fā)生器氣源系統(tǒng)、臭氧制備系統(tǒng)、臭氧輸送系統(tǒng)、臭氧投加及反應系統(tǒng)等各階段易忽視的工藝設計、設備選型及施工要點。另外,針對臭氧處理工藝的消防與防爆設計要點、安全儀表的配置進行了歸納總結。

The process of ozone oxidation has a very wide range of application in WWTPs with high proportion of industrial wastewater and reclaimed water plants with high effluent quality requirements, but ozone treatment system has obvious particularity compared with conventional wastewater treatment process. For the purpose of applying the ozone treatment systems efficiently , economically and safely, based on the principle of ozone generation, the normal operating requirements of generator, the physical and chemical properties of ozone and the ozone process objectives and their corresponding empirical process parameters, combined with relevant engineering design, construction and operation cases, this paper discussed the process design, equipment selection and construction key points of gas source system, ozone generation system, ozone delivery system, ozone dosing and reaction system which were easily neglected. In addition, the fire protection and explosionproof design key points and safety instrument configuration of ozone treatment process were summarized.
