隨著城市化、工業(yè)化速度的加快,我國(guó)城市污水排放量逐年增長(zhǎng),污水處理設(shè)施規(guī)模逐年增大,但城市水環(huán)境治理依然存在問(wèn)題。通過(guò)分析2002年—2016年我國(guó)城市污水處理設(shè)施的發(fā)展與現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國(guó)污水處理設(shè)施的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)已經(jīng)基本完成,污水排放量與末端處理設(shè)施能力的矛盾已得到緩解且污水處理設(shè)施留有余量,污水處理設(shè)施的建設(shè)由階梯式的快速增長(zhǎng)模式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殡S著城市人口變化與城市建設(shè)而變化的可持續(xù)發(fā)展模式。而城市水環(huán)境污染治理的主要方向已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榻鉀Q管網(wǎng)問(wèn)題與水環(huán)境治理現(xiàn)狀之間的矛盾,管網(wǎng)規(guī)模不足、混接問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重、地下水入滲、合流制溢流、調(diào)蓄建設(shè)不足是未來(lái)排水系統(tǒng)應(yīng)該解決的主要問(wèn)題。

With the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization, the discharge of municipal wastewater and the scale of wastewater treatment facilities in China have been increasing year by year.However, there are still problems in urban water environment management. By analyzing the development and current situation of municipal wastewater treatment facilities in China from 2002 to 2016, the infrastructure of wastewater treatment facilities have been basically completed, the contradiction between the end treatment infrastructure capacity and wastewater dischange has been alleviated, and the wastewater treatment facilities have left the remaining treatment capacity, so the construction of wastewater treatment facilities has changed from a stepped rapid growth model to a sustainable development model dominated by urban population change and urban construction. At the present stage, the main direction of urban water environmental pollution treatment has been transformed into solving the contradiction between the problems of pipe network and the current situation of water environment treatment. Insufficient length of pipe network, serious problem of misconnection of pipe network, infiltration of groundwater in pipe network, overflow of combined flow and construction of storage facilities are the main problems, which should be solved in future drainage system.
