低溫條件下微孔曝氣氧化溝中試裝置的調(diào)試及啟動

摘要:- 采用微孔曝氣氧化溝中試裝置處理實際污水處理廠沉砂池出水,研究了中試裝置在低溫條件下實現(xiàn)啟動的可行性和可靠性。結(jié)果表明,中試裝置抗沖擊負(fù)荷能力較強,在低溫條件下(13~18 ℃),控制好氧區(qū)DO濃度為0.5~1.0 mg/L,系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定;試驗后期,中試裝置出水指標(biāo)除TP外其余均滿足《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》一級A標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。因此,在低溫條件下中試裝置可通過降低系統(tǒng)曝氣量實現(xiàn)啟動。分析了除磷效果不佳的原因,主要與排泥不規(guī)律、接種污泥除磷能力較差、回流污泥中含有硝態(tài)氮等有關(guān)。
- Abstract:
- A pilot-scale microporous aeration oxidation ditch was applied to treat the effluent from a grit chamber of a wastewater treatment plant, and the feasibility and reliability of starting up the pilot plant at low temperature were investigated. The pilot plant had strong shock load resistance, and the system operated stably at low temperatures between 13 ℃ to 18 ℃ when maintaining dissolved oxygen concentration between 0.5 mg/L and 1.0 mg/L. Except TP, the effluent quality of the pilot plant reached the first level A criteria of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant during the late period of the test. The pilot plant could be started up by reducing the aeration rate at low temperature. The reason for poor phosphorus removal was mainly related to irregular sludge discharge,poor phosphorus removal capacity of inoculated sludge and nitrate in the reflux sludge.
