汪善全,安徽人,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師
創(chuàng)新研究
通過(guò)結(jié)合微生物培養(yǎng)、宏基因組學(xué)分析、分子生物技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)應(yīng)用及新型生物反應(yīng)器設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)行的交叉研究,以土壤/沉積物中鹵代持久性有機(jī)污染物(POPs)生物修復(fù)、生物質(zhì)厭氧消化及城市地表水體污染修復(fù)為應(yīng)用對(duì)象,聚焦其微生物還原過(guò)程研究及技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)。其中,所獲得的多氯聯(lián)苯(PCBs)脫氯菌株及其功能基因信息是該研究領(lǐng)域近30年來(lái)的重大突破(PNAS, Wang et al., 2014; PNAS, Bedard, 2014)。相關(guān)研究成果發(fā)表在PNAS、Environmental Science & Technology及Environmental Microbiology等重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊。
