- 城市排水管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)是城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的重要組成部分,不僅承擔(dān)著收集污水、廢水、雨水和防洪排澇的責(zé)任,而且影響著城市景觀、環(huán)境衛(wèi)生及水環(huán)境安全。目前由于缺少有效的資產(chǎn)管理,排水管網(wǎng)不斷惡化,因此從提高全生命周期價(jià)值的角度,進(jìn)行資產(chǎn)評(píng)估和信息化管理以便更經(jīng)濟(jì)高效地運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)和改造升級(jí)管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)變得愈發(fā)重要。對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外排水管網(wǎng)資產(chǎn)管理相關(guān)的方法和工具研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)開展排水管網(wǎng)資產(chǎn)管理工作提出了展望。
- Abstract:
- Urban drainage network system is an important part of urban infrastructure, which not only takes the responsibility of collecting sewage, wastewater, rainwater and flood control and drainage, but also affects the urban landscape, environmental sanitation and water environmental safety. At present, the drainage network is deteriorating due to the lack of reliable asset management, so it becomes more and more important to carry out asset evaluation and information management from the perspective of improving the value of the life cycle in order to operate, maintain and upgrade the network system more economically and efficiently. This paper summarized the research progress of methods and tools for asset management of drainage network at home and abroad, and put forward the prospect of developing of asset management of drainage network in China.
