瀘州某在建酒業(yè)園區(qū)地下污水處理廠總規(guī)模為2×104 m3/d,設(shè)計(jì)出水除TN濃度為10 mg/L外,其余主要出水水質(zhì)指標(biāo)均滿足《地表水環(huán)境質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 3838—2002)中地表水Ⅲ類水標(biāo)準(zhǔn),處理出水排入廠外小溪溝。污水廠采用全地下式建設(shè)型式,以減小占地,降噪防臭。地面打造景觀公園,箱體內(nèi)部組合處理構(gòu)筑物形成處理單元,緊湊布局降低成本。采用Phoredox+MBR工藝作為核心生物處理工藝組合,保障可降解有機(jī)物、TN的有效去除;采用多級(jí)流動(dòng)床活性焦吸附塔+砂濾池作為深度處理工藝組合,保障難生化有機(jī)物、色度等污染物的有效去除。結(jié)合地下箱體特點(diǎn)采用機(jī)械通風(fēng)與自然通風(fēng)相結(jié)合的通風(fēng)系統(tǒng),以及消火栓系統(tǒng)結(jié)合滅火器的消防系統(tǒng),并針對(duì)斷電和異常水質(zhì)水量等情況設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)急處理方案。
Abstract:-
The total scale of underground wastewatertreatment plant in a liquor industry park under construction of Luzhou was 20 000 m3/d. The effluent TN was required as 10 mg/L, the other main indexes were required to meet the surface water class Ⅲ standard in the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB 3838-2002). The effluent was discharged into the creek outside the plant. The wastewater plant adopted the underground construction mode,which reduced the land occupation, noise and odor. With a landscape park on the ground, the wastewater plant combined treatment structures inside the box forms treatment unit, compect layout reduced cost. Phoredox+MBR process was used as the core biological treatment process to ensure the effective removal of degradable organics and TN. Multistage flow bed activated coke adsorption tower+sand filter was used as the advanced treatment process to ensure the effective removal of difficult biochemical organics, chroma and other pollutants. Combined with the characteristics of underground tanks, the ventilation system combining mechanical ventilation and natural ventilation was adopted.Furthermore, the firefighting system combining fire hydrant system and fire extinguisher was adopted. The emergency treatment plan was designed according to the situation of power failure and abnormal water quality and quantity.
