摘要:- 結(jié)合武漢市大東湖核心區(qū)污水傳輸系統(tǒng)支線頂管工程的實(shí)際施工經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)超深及復(fù)合地層條件下長(zhǎng)距離雙孔曲線頂管頂進(jìn)施工技術(shù)進(jìn)
行研究。針對(duì)小直徑雙F型鋼筒混凝土管頂進(jìn)難度大、單次頂進(jìn)距離長(zhǎng)、曲線復(fù)雜等難點(diǎn),研究了頂管機(jī)選型及針對(duì)性設(shè)計(jì)、深覆土高水壓下頂管始發(fā)接收、長(zhǎng)距離復(fù)合地層曲線頂進(jìn)減阻、導(dǎo)向及姿態(tài)調(diào)整、長(zhǎng)距離頂管施工供電、管內(nèi)通風(fēng)與進(jìn)排漿及小直徑鋼筒鋼筋混凝土管節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)等技術(shù)。實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明,該工程頂進(jìn)施工順利,效果良好。
Abstract:- Combined with the practical construction experience of the branch line jacking project of the sewage transmission system in Wuhan Dadong Lake core area, the construction technology of long distance double-hole curve pipe jacking in deep tunnel is studied under the conditions of ultra-deep and composite formation. Aiming at the difficulties of jacking the double F type concrete cylinder pipe with small diameter, long distance for single jacking and the complicated curve, the technologies including pipe jacking machine selection and specific design, pipe jacking initiation receiving under deep soil and high water pressure, curved jacking drag reduction for long distance composite formation, guidance and attitude control, long distance pipe jacking power supply, ventilation and slurry discharge, as well as the design of small diameter steel cylinder reinforced concrete pipe joint were studied. The application results show that the jacking construction is smooth and the effect is good.
