摘要:- 平?jīng)鍪心澄鬯幚韽S原設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模5.0×104 m3/d,采用傳統(tǒng)A2/O+深度處理工藝,本次擴(kuò)建后規(guī)模達(dá)到8.5×104 m3/d。針對(duì)廠區(qū)用地
緊張、進(jìn)水總氮濃度高等問(wèn)題,缺氧區(qū)采用生物轉(zhuǎn)盤強(qiáng)化系統(tǒng)的脫氮性能,好氧區(qū)改造為限氧曝氣區(qū),并新建初沉池以確保出水指標(biāo)達(dá)標(biāo)。實(shí)際運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)顯示,在低溫、低碳氮比條件下,出水水質(zhì)可穩(wěn)定達(dá)到《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 18918—2002)的一級(jí)A標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。該工程總投資為10 793.17萬(wàn)元,直接運(yùn)行成本為0.72元/m3。
Abstract:- The original design capacity of a wastewater treatment plant in Pingliang City is 5.0×104 m3/d, using the traditional A2O+advanced treatment process, the capacity of this expansion reaches 8.5×104 m3/d. In view of the shortage of land and high concentration of influent total nitrogen, the anoxic zone adopts rotating biological contactors to enhance the denitrification performance, the aerobic zone is transformed into limited aeration zone, and a new primary sedimentation tank is built to ensure the design effluent target. Actual operation results showed that effluent quality stably met the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002) under low temperature and low C/N ratio. The total investment of the project was 107.931 7 million yuan, and the direct operation cost was 0.72 yuan/m3.
