摘要:- 邢臺(tái)市召馬地表水廠是南水北調(diào)中線(xiàn)工程的配套項(xiàng)目,總工程規(guī)模為35×104 m3/d,其中一期規(guī)模為15×104 m3/d,預(yù)留二期規(guī)模為20×104 m3/d,包括新建地表水廠及相應(yīng)配水管網(wǎng)。水源取自丹江口水庫(kù),水質(zhì)優(yōu)良,凈水采用機(jī)械混合池→小網(wǎng)格反應(yīng)池→雙層平流沉淀池→V型濾池常規(guī)處理+臭氧活性炭濾池深度處理組合工藝,出廠水采用二氧化氯與紫外線(xiàn)多級(jí)屏障消毒,確保供水水質(zhì)安全。實(shí)際運(yùn)行效果表明,各設(shè)備設(shè)施均運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)穩(wěn)定,水廠出水水質(zhì)優(yōu)于《生活飲用水衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 5749—2006)的要求。工程總投資為70 442萬(wàn)元,經(jīng)營(yíng)成本為0.76 元/m3(不包括南水北調(diào)水資源費(fèi))。
Abstract:- Zhaoma water treatment plant in Xingtai City is a complementary project of Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Transfer. The total design capacity is 35×104 m3/d. The capacity of the firststage project is 15×104 m3/d, and the capacity of the second-stage project is 20×104 m3/d. The project includes a new water treatment plant and corresponding distribution pipe network. Water source of the water treatment plant is from Danjiangkou reservoir with excellent water quality. Conventional treatment process of mechanical mixing tank,small grid reaction tank, double layer horizontal-flow sedimentation tank, V-type filter and ozone/GAC advanced treatment process, chlorine dioxide and ultraviolet ray multi-barrier disinfection are used to ensure the safety of water supply. The results showed that all the equipment and facilities ran stably, and the effluent quality of the water plant was better than the requirements of Standards for Drinking Water Quality (GB 5749-2006). The total investment of the project was 704.42 million yuan, and the operating cost was 0.76 yuan/m3 (excluding the water resources fee for the South-to-North Water Transfer).
