蘇伊士旗下重慶德潤(rùn)環(huán)境中標(biāo)流域治理項(xiàng)目

推進(jìn)成渝雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)

近日，蘇伊士旗下重慶德潤(rùn)環(huán)境牽頭聯(lián)合體中標(biāo)為期25年的重慶一品河、黃溪河“清水綠岸”治理提升項(xiàng)目，總投資14.49億元人民幣。該P(yáng)PP項(xiàng)目旨在進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)成渝雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)，提升城市水環(huán)境質(zhì)量。

該項(xiàng)目位于重慶主城區(qū)南部的巴南區(qū)，治理流域長(zhǎng)度59.75公里，流域面積約350平方公里。重慶德潤(rùn)環(huán)境為聯(lián)合體牽頭方，負(fù)責(zé)組織項(xiàng)目公司實(shí)施該項(xiàng)目，并負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)營(yíng)和維護(hù)。

項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)和運(yùn)營(yíng)內(nèi)容包括水環(huán)境治理（含污水處理廠和管網(wǎng)）、水岸線治理、水生態(tài)修復(fù)工程、水智慧工程以及水環(huán)境附屬工程等，建設(shè)期3年，預(yù)計(jì)于2024年試運(yùn)營(yíng)。

重慶德潤(rùn)環(huán)境執(zhí)行總裁賴生平表示：“該項(xiàng)目是重慶市重點(diǎn)打造的‘清水綠岸’工程項(xiàng)目之一，這對(duì)重慶的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展大有裨益。我們深信憑借聯(lián)合體各方在流域治理領(lǐng)域上的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有信心把這個(gè)項(xiàng)目打造成繼長(zhǎng)生河綜合整治項(xiàng)目、成都武侯‘宜居水岸’項(xiàng)目后的又一示范案例。”

蘇伊士與重慶的合作已達(dá)廿載

SUEZ JV-Derun Environment Wins Watershed Management Project to Improve Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle Ecological Environment

Recently, a consortium led by Chongqing Derun Environment, a SUEZ joint venture, was awarded a 25-year project to treat and improve the Yipin and Huangxi Rivers in Chongqing as part of the “Clear Water and Green Banks” program.  The total investment in the project will be RMB 1.449 billion. This Public-Private Partnership project aims to further improve the ecological environment of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle and enhance the quality of urban water management.

The project is located in Banan District, south of Chongqing’s central urban area. The watershed under management is 59.75 kilometers long and covers an area of approximately 350 km2.  Chongqing Derun Environment, the lead member of the consortium, will be responsible for setting up a project company and for overseeing the operation and maintenance of the project.

The construction and operational activities of the project consist of water treatment (including a wastewater treatment plant and pipe network), waterfront management, water ecosystem restoration, smart water, and ancillary projects. The construction period is three years, and the operational trial period is expected to begin in 2024.

Lai Shengping, Executive President of Chongqing Derun Environment, said, “This project is part of Chongqing’s priority ‘Clear Water and Green Banks’ program. The initiative will be tremendously beneficial to the long-term development of Chongqing. We’re confident that by leveraging the consortium members’ extensive expertise in watershed management, this project will become another benchmark of excellence, similar to the Changsheng River integrated remediation project and the ‘livable waterfront’ project in Wuhou District of Chengdu.”

Chongqing Derun Environment: Commits to Building First-Class Environmental Investment Platform in China

Chongqing Derun Environment is currently the largest investment platform, set up by Chinese and French companies, in China’s environmental industry. The company primarily focuses on integrated environmental management (like watershed management and soil remediation), as well as resource recycling and reuse, and environmental technology. SUEZ currently holds a 25.1% stake in Derun. 

In early 2021, Derun completed the demonstration section of the Changsheng River integrated environmental management (watershed management) project in Chongqing. The project has since achieved the goal of controlling pollution sources and improving water quality. It has also employed the sponge city concept to build an eco-park for strong social, economic and environmental benefits. Furthermore, the “livable waterfront” project in the Wuhou District of Chengdu has improved water quality and restored the river’s ecological properties. It was ranked among the “first wave of demonstration sites for urban environmental quality improvement” in Chengdu in 2019.  Additionally, in 2020 and 2022, it was awarded the accolade of most beautiful river/lake” in Chengdu.  In 2021, it was recognised as a “New Site of Ecological Progress for Public Benefit”.

SUEZ’s Partnership with Chongqing: 20 years and counting…
