智慧污水處理廠的內(nèi)涵與思路

摘要:智慧污水廠是智慧城市和智慧水務(wù)的重要內(nèi)容和建設(shè)難點(diǎn),主要包括智慧生產(chǎn)控制系統(tǒng)、智慧運(yùn)營(yíng)系統(tǒng)和智慧管理系統(tǒng)。污水處理廠以生物處理為主,具有非線性、時(shí)變性、滯后性和不確定性等特點(diǎn),耦合控制、過(guò)程建模和參數(shù)優(yōu)化比較困難,而污水廠實(shí)際硬軟件系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)掘處理及控制管理水平等也與智慧污水廠要求相差較遠(yuǎn)。智慧污水廠應(yīng)該結(jié)合視頻識(shí)別、機(jī)器人、BIM、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算及大數(shù)據(jù)等先進(jìn)技術(shù),在前期進(jìn)行精細(xì)化設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)水質(zhì)達(dá)標(biāo)、安全生產(chǎn)、高效節(jié)能等生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)營(yíng)和管理目標(biāo)。
Smart sewage treatment plant is an important and challenging content of smart city and smart water. It includes smart production control system, smart operation system and smart management system. Due to the nonlinearity, time-varying, hysteresis and uncertainty of the biological treatment process, coupling control, modeling and parameter optimization for sewage treatment plant are difficult. The hardware and software systems, data mining and processing, and control management level of the sewage treatment plant are also far from the requirements of the smart sewage treatment plant. Video recognition, robots, BIM, “Internet+”, Internet of Things, cloud computing and big data, etc., should be applied to the construction of smart sewage treatment plant. Refined design should be implemented in the early stage to achieve the goals of the water quality, safty production, energy efficiency and other production management.

Abstract:- Smart sewage treatment plant is an important and challenging content of smart city and smart water.
