造紙白泥處理處置方法研究及改進(jìn)

摘要:造紙污泥按來源來分可分為生物污泥、堿回收白泥和脫墨污泥。其中堿回收白泥來源于堿回收車間白泥回收工段,是苛化反應(yīng)的產(chǎn)物,屬沉淀碳酸鈣,主要產(chǎn)生于利用紙漿造紙的造紙廠。白污泥主要成分為碳酸鈣,由于其具有高含水率,高黏度,易流變性和低滲透系數(shù)等特性,在工程實(shí)踐中時(shí)常發(fā)生污泥處理構(gòu)筑物或污泥料倉堵塞,排泥不暢等現(xiàn)象,為污泥處理廠日程運(yùn)行管理帶來諸多困擾。同時(shí)大量處理后的造紙白泥如何處置也已成為擺在世界各國(guó)面前的重要難題之一。本文基于對(duì)制漿造紙白污泥處理處置過程中的難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合工程實(shí)踐,對(duì)工業(yè)園區(qū)如何科學(xué)合理的處理處置造紙白泥提供思路和指導(dǎo)。

Study and improvement on the treatment of white Sludge in Papermaking

Abstract: Papermaking sludge can be divided into biological sludge, alkali recovery white sludge and deinking sludge according to its source. The alkali recovered white mud comes from the white mud recovery section of the alkali recovery workshop. It is the product of causticization reaction and belongs to precipitated calcium carbonate. It is mainly produced in paper mills that use paper pulp. The main component of white sludge is calcium carbonate. Due to its high moisture content, high viscosity, easy fluidity and low permeability, sludge treatment structures or sludge silos are often blocked and sludge discharge is not smooth in engineering practice, which brings many troubles to the schedule operation management of sludge treatment plant. At the same time, how to dispose of a large number of treated papermaking white mud has become one of the important problems in front of countries all over the world. Based on the analysis of the difficulties in the treatment and disposal of pulp and paper white sludge, combined with engineering practice, this paper provides ideas and guidance on how to scientifically and reasonably treat and dispose paper white sludge in the industrial park.

引言
目前,我國(guó)產(chǎn)紙量占世界總量的一半以上,造紙工業(yè)堿回收過程中產(chǎn)生的造紙白泥是一種有毒的工業(yè)廢棄物,每生產(chǎn)1噸紙漿就會(huì)產(chǎn)生約0.5噸造紙白泥。因此亟需研究合理的處理方法來減少造紙白泥帶來的環(huán)境污染問題。白泥主成分中碳酸鈣占80%-90%,其他的組分為少量微量元素,其具有高含水率,高黏度,易流變性和低滲透系數(shù)等特性,在處理過程中容易板結(jié),堵塞污泥處理構(gòu)筑物,為污泥處理廠日程運(yùn)行管理帶來諸多困擾。同時(shí)大量白泥如何合理處置,實(shí)現(xiàn)其"三化"(無害化,減量化,資源化)已經(jīng)成為擺在世界各國(guó)面前的重要難題之一。
