摘要:- 對(duì)城市生活污泥干化焚燒處理工程的調(diào)試及試運(yùn)行中設(shè)備產(chǎn)生的一系列問題進(jìn)行了歸納和總結(jié),闡述了各調(diào)試階段的目的、步驟和要求,對(duì)在負(fù)荷調(diào)試及試運(yùn)行中產(chǎn)生的設(shè)備故障包括選型、結(jié)構(gòu)以及存在缺陷進(jìn)行了分析,提出了解決方法并用于實(shí)際整改。比較整改糾偏前后統(tǒng)計(jì)的運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù),發(fā)現(xiàn)在煙氣中的氮氧化物排放指標(biāo)、鍋爐爐頂溫度、鍋爐出口氧含量以及日處理量的數(shù)據(jù)有明顯的改善,整改糾偏對(duì)項(xiàng)目的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行和煙氣達(dá)標(biāo)起到了顯著的作用。
Abstract:- A series of equipment problems during commissioning and trial operation of a municipal sludge drying and incineration treatment project are summarized. The purpose, steps and requirements of each commissioning stage are explained. The equipment failures including selection, structure, and defects during load commissioning and trial operation are analyzed, and solutions are proposed and used in actual modification. By comparing the statistical operation data before and after modification, it is found that the exhaust nitrogen oxide emissions, boiler top temperature, boiler outlet oxygen content, and daily processing capacity have been significantly improved. The modification has played a significant role in the stable operation of the project and meeting the flue gas standards.
