厭氧/微濾工藝處理垃圾焚燒發(fā)電廠滲濾液 認(rèn)領(lǐng)

摘要考察了自主研發(fā)的高效厭氧和微濾(MF)組合工藝對(duì)垃圾焚燒發(fā)電廠產(chǎn)生的滲濾液中COD的去除效果,以及微濾系統(tǒng)對(duì)SS的攔截效果。結(jié)果表明,高效厭氧和MF系統(tǒng)可使COD濃度由40 000 mg/L以上降至1 900 mg/L以下,對(duì)COD的平均去除率可達(dá)96. 5%,微濾系統(tǒng)可攔截97. 6%的SS。當(dāng)微濾膜產(chǎn)水量降低時(shí),通過(guò)對(duì)其進(jìn)行正確合理的清洗,可最大限度恢復(fù)膜通量。另外,針對(duì)試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的泡沫和排泥問(wèn)題,提出了相應(yīng)建議。The removal efficiency of COD in leachate from a waste incineration power plant by selfdeveloped high efficiency anaerobic and microfiltration ( MF) system was investigated, and the rejection effect of MF system on suspended solids ( SS) was explored. The results showed that COD concentration could be reduced from more than 40 000 mg/L to lower than 1 900 mg/L by the high efficiency anaerobic and MF systems. The average removal rate of COD was 96. 5%, and 97. 6% of SS could be intercepted by the MF system. When the membrane flux was reduced , it could be restored to the maximum by proper and reasonable cleaning. Furthermore, relevant suggestions were put forward according to foam and sludge discharge problems occurring in the process of experiment.
