摘要：彭州市垃圾填埋場(chǎng)為了實(shí)現(xiàn)滲濾液處理組合工藝“SBR+混凝沉淀”系統(tǒng)的快速恢復(fù)運(yùn)行,減輕滲濾液與生活污水合并處理對(duì)污水廠造成的沖擊,采用接種城市污水處理廠活性污泥的方法,先馴化污泥再進(jìn)行工藝調(diào)試.結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)經(jīng)恢復(fù)調(diào)試后運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,對(duì)滲濾液中COD、氨氮、SS的去除率分別達(dá)到(71.6％～76.7％)、(59.4％～60.5％)、(59.5％～88.9％),處理費(fèi)用為6.9元/m3,但不能達(dá)標(biāo)排放.通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)室小試驗(yàn)證,在SBR生化處理前降低氨氮濃度將使組合工藝處理出水水質(zhì)達(dá)到《生活垃圾填埋污染控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 16889-1997)的三級(jí)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn).
