- 江蘇省某200 t/d的餐廚廢棄物處理工程采用自動(dòng)分選+加熱攪拌+固液分離+除雜除砂+油水分離+CSTR濕式厭氧工藝。餐廚廢棄物通過(guò)預(yù)處理后形成粗油脂、有機(jī)漿料、殘?jiān)晌锪,粗油脂和預(yù)處理后的廢棄食用油脂一并制取生物柴油;殘?jiān)膺\(yùn)填埋處置;有機(jī)漿料進(jìn)行厭氧發(fā)酵,厭氧發(fā)酵產(chǎn)生的沼氣在廠內(nèi)凈化后部分用作鍋爐燃料,部分發(fā)電上網(wǎng)。該項(xiàng)目投產(chǎn)后1年多的實(shí)際運(yùn)行表明,運(yùn)行效果良好;預(yù)處理提油效果好、雜質(zhì)去除率高、有機(jī)質(zhì)損失率低;CSTR濕式厭氧消化運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、固相全量厭氧時(shí)產(chǎn)沼率高、出水水質(zhì)好。但是,提油的波動(dòng)性對(duì)厭氧產(chǎn)沼有一定影響,餐廚廢棄物的品質(zhì)對(duì)預(yù)處理運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性影響較大,全物料厭氧時(shí)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性不強(qiáng),僅液相厭氧時(shí)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng),但產(chǎn)氣量下降較多。
- Abstract:
- A 200 t/d kitchen waste treatment project in Jiangsu Province adopted “automatic sorting + heating and stirring + solid liquid separation + impurity and sand removal + oil water separation + CSTR wet anaerobic” process. After the kitchen waste was pretreated, crude oil, organic slurry and residue emerge. The crude oil was used to make biodiesel together with the pretreated waste edible oil and fat; the pretreated residue was disposed by landfill; the organic slurry was treated by anaerobic fermentation. Biogas produced from anaerobic fermentation was partially used as boiler fuel after purification in the plant, and the rest part was used as power generation for the internet. The actual operation for more than one year showed that the process performed well: the pretreatment had good oil extraction effect, high impurity removal rate and low loss rate of organic matter; CSTR wet anaerobic digestion process showed stable operation performance, high production rate of biogas, and high quality of effluent water; while, it was found that the fluctuation of oil extraction had a certain impact on biogas production rate and the quality of kitchen waste had a great influence on the stability of the pretreatment. The stability of the whole material anaerobic system was not strong enough, while liquid phase anaerobic system was much more stable except the gas production decreases more.
