摘要:- 《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理提質(zhì)增效三年行動方案(2019—2021年)》提出加快補齊城鎮(zhèn)污水收集和處理設(shè)施短板,針對進水BOD5濃度不足100 mg/L的污水處理廠,制定“一廠一策”系統(tǒng)化整治方案。提出了污水處理提質(zhì)增效水質(zhì)水量平衡簡易測算方法,通過輸入污水處理廠實測數(shù)據(jù),再結(jié)合理論數(shù)據(jù),可快速評估不同類型水量及水質(zhì)對污水處理廠進水濃度的貢獻率,為后期工程方案的制定提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐。
Abstract:- The Three?year Action Plan for Improving the Quality and Efficiency of Urban Sewage Treatment (2019-2021) proposes to accelerate the improvement of urban sewage collection and treatment facilities, and formulate a systematic “one plant one policy” plan for sewage treatment plants with influent BOD5 concentration less than 100 mg/L. A simple calculation method of water quality and quantity balance is adopted to quickly evaluate the contribution rate of different types of water quantity and quality to the influent concentration of sewage treatment plant, by inputting the measured data and combining with the theoretical data, which could provide data support for the formulation of later engineering scheme.
