OA(Open Access)期刊簡介:
開放獲取 (Open Access ，簡稱 OA) 期刊,又稱“開放獲取期刊”,是指人們自由獲取公眾網(wǎng)上經(jīng)同行評(píng)審的科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)、科學(xué)研究成果、學(xué)位論文、技術(shù)報(bào)告、科研工作進(jìn)展等科研信息的一種新的學(xué)術(shù)傳播方式，允許讀者對(duì)這些文獻(xiàn)作包括閱讀、下載、拷貝、傳播、檢索等處理。 2001 年布達(dá)佩斯會(huì)議將開放獲取描述為：可以免費(fèi)在公共網(wǎng)上得到，允許讀者閱讀、下載、復(fù)制、傳播、打印、檢索或者鏈接文章的全文，可以制作索引，把它們作為軟件數(shù)據(jù)庫，或者為了其他合法的目的使用而不存在資金、法律、技術(shù)障礙。對(duì)復(fù)制與傳播的唯一約束就是，應(yīng)確保作者有權(quán)利控制他們成果的完整性并使成果得到認(rèn)可與引用。
