摘要:針對(duì)晚期垃圾滲濾液可生化性差、碳氮比大幅度降低等問(wèn)題,采用生物轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)—兩級(jí)A/O—MBR工藝處理廣東某填埋場(chǎng)晚期垃圾滲濾液,重點(diǎn)考察了組合工藝的處理效能。監(jiān)測(cè)期間,組合工藝對(duì)COD的平均去除率為57.20%,對(duì)NH4+-N的平均去除率為98.90%,對(duì)TN的平均去除率為95.47%。高通量測(cè)序結(jié)果顯示,在門(mén)水平上變形菌門(mén)(Proteobacteria)為最優(yōu)勢(shì)菌門(mén),在活性污泥與生物轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)盤(pán)片上生物膜中的相對(duì)豐度分別為36.56%、62.50%?衫猛饧犹荚醇状歼M(jìn)行反硝化的菌屬u(mài)nclassified_f__Methylophilaceae與Hyphomicrobium在活性污泥與生物膜中的相對(duì)豐度分別為17.05%、23.11%與4.78%、12.22%。

The experiment focused on the treatment efficiency of the combined process for mature landfill leachate.
