全球環(huán)境科學(xué)高峰論壇系列講座（GloBal Environmental Science SummiT seminar series, BEST），由哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)環(huán)境學(xué)院組織、多家單位聯(lián)合協(xié)辦，意在打造全球范圍內(nèi)的精品高端環(huán)境論壇，為研究學(xué)者、企業(yè)家、環(huán)境從業(yè)者以及學(xué)生等提供廣泛的國(guó)際交流機(jī)會(huì)。BEST論壇涉及主題包括：氣候變化與可持續(xù)發(fā)展、環(huán)境與生態(tài)健康、減污降碳協(xié)同增效、水資源及水處理技術(shù)、土壤修復(fù)、環(huán)境基準(zhǔn)與環(huán)境安全、環(huán)境微生物學(xué)、人工智能與大數(shù)據(jù)等。
BEST將以ZOOM或VooV/騰訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)研討會(huì)結(jié)合B站直播、環(huán)境人微信視頻號(hào)直播、中國(guó)給水排水平臺(tái)直播、蔻享學(xué)術(shù)直播以及邃瞳科學(xué)云直播的方式每月進(jìn)行一次講座。
應(yīng) BEST的邀請(qǐng)，BEST第十三講將由法國(guó)科學(xué)院院士Philippe Ciais進(jìn)行。

【主講人簡(jiǎn)介】
Philippe Ciais研究員，現(xiàn)任法國(guó)科學(xué)院（French Academy of Science）院士，中國(guó)科學(xué)院外籍院士。在全球變化這一研究領(lǐng)域，尤其是在全球生物地球化學(xué)循環(huán)以及氣候變化與陸地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)相互作用方向從事研究工作近30年，共發(fā)表800多篇學(xué)術(shù)論文，其中120多篇論文發(fā)表在Nature、Science、PNAS等頂級(jí)學(xué)術(shù)期刊及其子刊上。Philippe Ciais是全球氣候變化研究領(lǐng)域內(nèi)最活躍、引用次數(shù)最高的科學(xué)家之一，發(fā)表的學(xué)術(shù)論文總引用次數(shù)超過(guò)15萬(wàn)次（Google Scholar），近五年引用超過(guò)9萬(wàn)次，H因子167。Philippe Ciais在全球和歐盟范圍累計(jì)獲得科研項(xiàng)目資助超過(guò)1800萬(wàn)歐元，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)建設(shè)了覆蓋17個(gè)歐洲國(guó)家的綜合碳觀測(cè)系統(tǒng)（Integrated Carbon Observation System），并成功將ICOS發(fā)展成歐盟在氣候變化領(lǐng)域的旗艦型研究項(xiàng)目，目前擁有穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的60多個(gè)觀測(cè)站點(diǎn)，年運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)費(fèi)達(dá)2000萬(wàn)歐元。同時(shí)，Philippe Ciais擔(dān)任全球碳觀測(cè)戰(zhàn)略（Global Carbon Observation Strategy of the Group on Earth Observation）聯(lián)合主席和全球碳計(jì)劃（Global Carbon Project）聯(lián)合主席，任聯(lián)合國(guó)IPCC第五次評(píng)估報(bào)告第一工作組領(lǐng)銜作者協(xié)調(diào)人，與IPCC團(tuán)隊(duì)共同獲得2007年諾貝爾和平獎(jiǎng)。
Philippe Ciais is currently an academician of the French Academy of Science and a foreign academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In the field of global change, especially in the field of global biogeochemical cycles and the interactions between climate change and terrestrial ecosystems, he has published more than 800 academic papers, of which more than 120 papers have been published in top academic journals such as Nature, Science, PNAS and their sub-journals. Philippe Ciais is one of the most active and highly cited scientists in the field of global climate change research, with more than 150,000 citations (Google Scholar) and more than 90,000 citations in the past five years, with an H-factor of 167. Philippe Ciais has received more than 18 million euros in global and EU funding for scientific research projects, led the construction of the Integrated Carbon Observation System covering 17 European countries, and successfully developed ICOS into a flagship research project in the field of climate change in the EU, with more than 60 observation sites in stable operation and an annual operating budget of 20 million euros. Philippe Ciais also serves as co-chair of the Global Carbon Observation Strategy of the Group on Earth Observation and co-chair of the Global Carbon Project, and as lead author coordinator of Working Group I of the UN IPCC Fifth Assessment Report. Received the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize with the IPCC team.
