- 膜蒸餾作為一種新型膜分離技術(shù),具有操作溫度低、設(shè)備簡單、脫鹽率高等特點,在處理高礦化度、水質(zhì)變化大、可生化性差的工業(yè)廢水領(lǐng)域具有良好的應(yīng)用前景。首先對膜蒸餾技術(shù)的原理、特點及分類進(jìn)行了簡要概述,詳細(xì)闡述了膜蒸餾技術(shù)在石化廢水、燃煤電廠脫硫廢水、印染廢水等典型工業(yè)廢水中應(yīng)用的研究進(jìn)展。最后,對當(dāng)前膜蒸餾技術(shù)在工業(yè)廢水處理領(lǐng)域面臨的挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了分析,并對其發(fā)展進(jìn)行了展望。
- Abstract:
- As an emerging membrane separation technology, membrane distillation exhibits advantages including low operating temperature, simple operating equipment, and high salt rejection rate, which holds promising application potential for the treatment of industrial wastewater with high salinity, large water quality fluctuation, and poor biodegradability. In this review, we briefly introduced the basic principles, characteristics and classification of membrane distillation technology. Next, the research progress of membrane distillation technology in treating petrochemical wastewater, coal-fired power plant desulfurization wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater and other typical industrial wastewater was reviewed. Finally, the obstacle of membrane distillation in current applications for industrial wastewater treatment and possible future development directions were discussed.
