基本原理：

噴霧干化器是將污泥通過噴霧成霧狀細(xì)滴分散于熱氣流中，霧化的液滴從塔頂噴下，而高溫?zé)釟饬骰驈乃斉c霧化液滴并流而下，經(jīng)氣－液數(shù)秒鐘的接觸傳熱。水分氣化，干污泥產(chǎn)品從塔底引出，尾氣則經(jīng)旋風(fēng)分離器分離后，進(jìn)一步凈化。
Sludge is sprayed into fine droplets and dispersed in the hot air stream. The high temperature hot air stream flows down from the top of the tower in parallel with the atomized droplets. The water is vaporized by gas-liquid contact heat transfer for several seconds. Dry sludge products are extracted from the bottom of the tower, and the tail gas is further purified after being separated by cyclone separator.
