德勝(蘇州)洋樓有限公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱德勝公司)成立于1997年,注冊(cè)地址位于江蘇省蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)淞江路3號(hào)(現(xiàn)已更名為金雞湖大道368號(hào)),是美國(guó)聯(lián)邦德勝公司(FEDERAL TECSUN,INC.)在中國(guó)蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)設(shè)立的全資子公司,它的前身是美國(guó)聯(lián)邦德勝公司在中國(guó)上海設(shè)立的代表處。
德勝公司主要從事美制現(xiàn)代木結(jié)構(gòu)住宅及公用建筑的研究、設(shè)計(jì)與建造施工,同時(shí)還兼做教育,企業(yè)文化與管理理念創(chuàng)新,公益慈善等事業(yè)。“誠(chéng)實(shí)、勤勞、有愛(ài)心、不走捷徑”是德勝公司始終堅(jiān)持的核心價(jià)值觀和文化理念。
德勝公司蘇州總部占地約30畝,自己設(shè)計(jì)與建造了“波特蘭小街花園”,已成為蘇州市乃至全國(guó)聞名的美制輕型木結(jié)構(gòu)(裝配式建筑)樣板社區(qū);在蘇州獨(dú)墅湖科教創(chuàng)新區(qū)建造了“德勝樓”,為公司各部門日常辦公和運(yùn)營(yíng)中心;在昆山市千燈鎮(zhèn)購(gòu)地181畝,已建成“德勝昆山工業(yè)園”,是木結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)品加工與生產(chǎn)基地。德勝公司年生產(chǎn)加工能力可以滿足1000棟以上的木結(jié)構(gòu)住宅工程所需全部材料(按平均每幢300平米計(jì)),目前項(xiàng)目遍及全國(guó)25個(gè)省、直轄市及地區(qū)。2021年,德勝公司設(shè)計(jì)、德勝訊宅科技出品的新款戶型美制木結(jié)構(gòu)•馬斯克之路(移動(dòng)住宅)樣板房建成,新穎的建筑風(fēng)格深受廣大業(yè)主青睞。

1998年2月,德勝公司被美國(guó)住宅協(xié)會(huì)吸納為海外會(huì)員。
1999年3月,德勝公司設(shè)立“忍氣吞聲”獎(jiǎng),在公司大力弘揚(yáng)不讓老實(shí)人吃虧的風(fēng)氣。
2000年11月20日,住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展報(bào)告會(huì)暨美式別墅交房?jī)x式在杭州東方苑舉行,建設(shè)部科學(xué)技術(shù)司、杭州市政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、德勝公司代表等相關(guān)出席。
2001年5月16日,德勝公司第一次戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展會(huì)議在蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)國(guó)際科技園四樓會(huì)議室召開,聶圣哲先生主持。當(dāng)年12月25日晚間,德勝公司在蘇州吳宮喜來(lái)登大酒店舉行圣誕晚宴招待會(huì),全體員工參加。此后形成了一個(gè)傳統(tǒng):每年12月25日都舉辦圣誕晚宴暨迎新招待會(huì)。
2002年7月25日,中美合作木制集成式別墅項(xiàng)目合作簽約儀式在上海浦東香格里拉大酒店舉行,上海市建設(shè)和管理委員會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),美國(guó)駐滬領(lǐng)事館領(lǐng)事、加拿大駐滬領(lǐng)事館領(lǐng)事,上海中房置業(yè)股份有限公司、德勝(蘇州)洋樓有限公司代表出席,參加簽字儀式。
2003年9月,江蘇省科技廳批準(zhǔn)德勝公司為江蘇省高新技術(shù)企業(yè)。同年10月,經(jīng)安徽省教育部門批準(zhǔn),由德勝公司捐資創(chuàng)辦的中國(guó)第一所木工中等專業(yè)學(xué)校——德勝-魯班(休寧)木工學(xué)校正式開學(xué)。
2004年3月,德勝公司被蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)評(píng)選為“環(huán)保先進(jìn)企業(yè)”。同年4月,同濟(jì)大學(xué)德勝住宅研究院成立。
2005年7月,德勝公司建造的上海美林別墅(108棟)項(xiàng)目榮獲“2004中國(guó)十大特色別墅金獎(jiǎng)”稱號(hào)——經(jīng)典示范卓越樓盤。同年11月,德勝公司獲得“中國(guó)生態(tài)建筑獎(jiǎng)(節(jié)能環(huán)保技術(shù)領(lǐng)先施工企業(yè))”,系全國(guó)唯一獲得該榮譽(yù)的施工企業(yè);12月,《德勝員工守則》面向全國(guó)正式發(fā)行——德勝公司把自己多年來(lái)從自身的企業(yè)(中國(guó)境內(nèi))管理實(shí)踐中總結(jié)出來(lái)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)毫無(wú)保留地奉獻(xiàn)給了社會(huì)。
2006年1月,“TECSUN德勝洋樓”被江蘇省工商行政管理局認(rèn)定為江蘇省著名商標(biāo)。
2007年4月,由德勝(蘇州)洋樓有限公司、同濟(jì)大學(xué)德勝住宅研究院聯(lián)合發(fā)起并舉辦的“2007’德勝院士論壇”分別在上海、蘇州和黃山召開。46位科學(xué)家利用這段美好的時(shí)光聚集在一起,敞開心扉,彼此尊重,相互了解,對(duì)當(dāng)今的基礎(chǔ)與應(yīng)用科學(xué)的學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)環(huán)境與研究前景進(jìn)行了充滿遐想的討論。眾多兩院院士及在國(guó)內(nèi)外享有極高聲望的科學(xué)家們出席,為本次論壇增添了厚重的學(xué)術(shù)分量和無(wú)上的榮耀。這是一次無(wú)邊界、跨學(xué)科門類、跨地域的論壇,也是一次劃時(shí)代、高層次的學(xué)術(shù)盛會(huì)。同年9月,德勝公司建造的北京波特蘭花園項(xiàng)目喜獲“城市首席綠色建筑開發(fā)項(xiàng)目”獎(jiǎng)。
2008年3月,德勝公司通過(guò)了由國(guó)際著名的認(rèn)證組織南非SGS公司的FSC/COC森林產(chǎn)品監(jiān)管鏈認(rèn)證。同年8月,《德勝員工守則》被遴選為“2008年十大員工培訓(xùn)圖書”,推薦給全國(guó)廣大企業(yè)和讀者。
2009年3月,《美制木結(jié)構(gòu)住宅建造立體示意圖》獲作品著作權(quán)登記。通過(guò)立體效果圖,本作品全面、形象、直觀地反映出了現(xiàn)代美制木結(jié)構(gòu)住宅的建造結(jié)構(gòu)體系。同年5月,《德勝管理》一書出版發(fā)行,這本書是繼2005年底出版發(fā)行的《德勝員工守則》和2007年出版發(fā)行的《德勝世界》之后的第三本全面介紹德勝(蘇州)洋樓有限公司管理的書籍。
2010年8月,聶圣哲先生撰寫的《旅美小事》由外語(yǔ)教學(xué)與研究出版社出版。該書以平實(shí)、幽默的語(yǔ)言,智慧、犀利的筆鋒,將一些小故事描繪得細(xì)膩、生動(dòng),讓讀者在輕松的閱讀中感受一個(gè)真實(shí)的美國(guó)。該書圖文并茂,別有一番情趣,原中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)院榮譽(yù)學(xué)部委員、研究員、美國(guó)研究所原所長(zhǎng)資中筠先生為本書作序。
2011年5月29日,“住宅人性化的現(xiàn)代科技支撐學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告會(huì)暨《美制木結(jié)構(gòu)住宅導(dǎo)論》首發(fā)式”在中國(guó)科學(xué)院學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)堂成功舉行。同濟(jì)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)裴鋼等十幾位院士、建筑學(xué)界的專家學(xué)者參加了報(bào)告會(huì),共同探討“住宅人性化”這一當(dāng)下建筑理念,并對(duì)《美制木結(jié)構(gòu)住宅導(dǎo)論》的出版表示祝賀。由聶圣哲先生撰著的、科學(xué)出版社出版的《美制木結(jié)構(gòu)住宅導(dǎo)論》,是世界上第一本系統(tǒng)介紹美制木結(jié)構(gòu)住宅的專著,填補(bǔ)了這一領(lǐng)域的國(guó)際空白。同年7月,聶圣哲先生撰著的、由外研社出版的“Business management the Chinese way”(《中國(guó)人是如何管理企業(yè)的》)正式出版,美國(guó)兩千余所大學(xué)圖書館于九月份將該專著上架。該書前言由日本籍的國(guó)際著名經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家、《豐田管理》作者河田信教授撰寫。他在前言中說(shuō)道“……我認(rèn)為世界上的企業(yè)管理大體分為三個(gè)體系,即:福特體系、豐田體系、德勝體系……”。
2012年7月,《商業(yè)評(píng)論》第七期發(fā)表了北京大學(xué)國(guó)際MBA楊壯教授和該雜志編輯王海杰先生共同撰寫的文章《德勝洋樓:中國(guó)式管理的新范本》,文章中說(shuō)道:“當(dāng)全國(guó)人都追求聰明的時(shí)候,德勝提倡全體職工追求做傻子的精神。德勝洋樓是罕見的一家用價(jià)值觀打造出來(lái)的企業(yè)。”同年8月,在中國(guó)木結(jié)構(gòu)企業(yè)發(fā)展論壇暨優(yōu)秀企業(yè)和優(yōu)秀工程項(xiàng)目表彰大會(huì)上,德勝公司獲得了中國(guó)建筑學(xué)會(huì)木結(jié)構(gòu)專業(yè)委員會(huì)“優(yōu)秀企業(yè)”榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。12月,在江西舉行的第九屆中國(guó)策劃師年會(huì)上,“TECSUN德勝洋樓”獲得了中國(guó)創(chuàng)意品牌獎(jiǎng)。
2013年8月1日,由機(jī)械工業(yè)出版社出版的《德勝員工守則》全新版正式出版發(fā)行。當(dāng)月25日,《德勝員工守則》新版發(fā)布會(huì)暨“德勝——中國(guó)企業(yè)管理模式高端研討會(huì)”在北京西苑飯店舉行。國(guó)內(nèi)外最前沿的著名管理專家、學(xué)者齊聚一堂,新華社、人民日?qǐng)?bào)、中央人民廣播電臺(tái)、21世紀(jì)經(jīng)濟(jì)報(bào)道、經(jīng)濟(jì)觀察報(bào)、新華網(wǎng)、搜狐網(wǎng)、新浪網(wǎng)、騰訊網(wǎng)、和訊網(wǎng)等數(shù)十家國(guó)內(nèi)媒體派出了記者采訪。同年8月17日,在中國(guó)建筑學(xué)會(huì)木結(jié)構(gòu)專業(yè)委員會(huì)第三次理事會(huì)上,德勝(蘇州)洋樓有限公司獲得了中國(guó)建筑學(xué)會(huì)木結(jié)構(gòu)專業(yè)委員會(huì)“優(yōu)秀企業(yè)”榮譽(yù)稱號(hào),德勝公司建造的“香槐公館”項(xiàng)目榮獲優(yōu)秀項(xiàng)目榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。同年11月28日,在《商業(yè)評(píng)論》舉辦的第七屆管理行動(dòng)獎(jiǎng)?lì)C獎(jiǎng)典禮暨管理創(chuàng)新高峰論壇活動(dòng)中,德勝公司榮獲管理行動(dòng)獎(jiǎng)。
2014年8月25日,德勝公司喜獲由中國(guó)木材保護(hù)工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)木結(jié)構(gòu)綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)分會(huì)組織舉辦的中國(guó)木結(jié)構(gòu)行業(yè)“2014中國(guó)好木屋”榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。聶圣哲先生當(dāng)選為中國(guó)木材保護(hù)工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)木結(jié)構(gòu)綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)分會(huì)執(zhí)行理事長(zhǎng)。德勝公司也榮幸地成為中國(guó)木材保護(hù)工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)木結(jié)構(gòu)綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)分會(huì)執(zhí)行理事長(zhǎng)單位。同年10月25日,重慶工商大學(xué)管理學(xué)院徐世偉教授寫的文章《從農(nóng)民到產(chǎn)業(yè)工人的嬗變——德勝公司的員工再造》,被全國(guó)MBA教育指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)作為中國(guó)管理案例共享進(jìn)行發(fā)表。這是作者在對(duì)德勝公司實(shí)地考察和對(duì)相關(guān)人員訪談的基礎(chǔ)上完成的案例文章。通過(guò)本案例的教學(xué),讓社會(huì)各界更好地理解德勝公司在企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任(CSR)、企業(yè)公民和企業(yè)倫理方面的理念和思路。11月,德勝公司被江蘇省蘇商發(fā)展促進(jìn)會(huì)評(píng)為江蘇省地標(biāo)型企業(yè)。
2015年8月20日上午,在內(nèi)蒙古呼和浩特賓悅大酒店召開的“第三屆中國(guó)木結(jié)構(gòu)綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)大會(huì)和第八屆中國(guó)木材保護(hù)工業(yè)大會(huì)”上,德勝公司喜獲“2015中國(guó)好木屋”木結(jié)構(gòu)建筑十大影響力品牌企業(yè)榮譽(yù)稱號(hào),由德勝公司承建的“山東濟(jì)寧波特蘭小鎮(zhèn)”項(xiàng)目榮獲“2015中國(guó)好木屋”木結(jié)構(gòu)建筑工程示范項(xiàng)目。同年12月31日,“TECSUN德勝洋樓”商標(biāo)喜獲中國(guó)馳名商標(biāo),是中國(guó)商標(biāo)領(lǐng)域的最高榮譽(yù),集中體現(xiàn)了一個(gè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展水平和綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,是對(duì)企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、服務(wù)水平、營(yíng)銷策略、市場(chǎng)信譽(yù)及企業(yè)文化等各方面內(nèi)容的充分肯定。
2016年3月18日,德勝公司員工徐長(zhǎng)軍先生在尼泊爾首都加德滿都參加了“2016國(guó)際青年家具制作大獎(jiǎng)賽”,是中國(guó)唯一的參賽選手,他在70多個(gè)國(guó)家參賽選手中脫穎而出,成績(jī)優(yōu)異,榮獲“2016•國(guó)際青年家具制作大獎(jiǎng)賽”評(píng)委會(huì)授予的技能(technique)大獎(jiǎng)。聶圣哲先生十分高興地給徐長(zhǎng)軍先生題贈(zèng)了祝賀詞:戰(zhàn)五洲群雄憑一雙巧手,奪四海一冠有眾技在身。同年4月8日,中國(guó)木結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟大會(huì)召開,聶圣哲先生出任聯(lián)盟執(zhí)行會(huì)長(zhǎng)。同年6月18日,由機(jī)械工業(yè)出版社出版的《做人做事看德勝》新書發(fā)布會(huì)在北京舉行;6月25日,在湖州市舉辦的“民營(yíng)企業(yè)文化創(chuàng)新與社會(huì)責(zé)任”大會(huì)上,德勝公司榮獲全國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)先進(jìn)單位,聶圣哲先生榮獲全國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)優(yōu)秀人物。同年12月12日,在昆明舉辦的“第五屆1212高峰論壇——巨變時(shí)代的創(chuàng)新突圍”大會(huì)上,來(lái)自美國(guó)、新加坡、瑞士以及全國(guó)各地150多位企業(yè)家、企業(yè)高層和各界領(lǐng)袖、精英參加匯聚一堂。聶圣哲先生做了主題為“中國(guó)精造和工匠精神”的精彩演講,并榮獲了“善商先鋒獎(jiǎng)”!頒獎(jiǎng)詞是:“如果你做善事,人們說(shuō)你自私自利、別有用心,不管怎樣,還是要做善事;你所做的善事明天就會(huì)被遺忘,不管怎樣,還是要做善事;在野蠻的商業(yè)年代做善商,而且敢于做在前頭!”
2017年3月28日至29日,在湖南省株洲市舉辦的“湖南省第六屆學(xué)前教育管理研究論壇”上,“工匠精神”首提者聶圣哲先生做主旨演講,主題是:“養(yǎng)活教育思想”。 8月12日,德勝公司“基于價(jià)值觀下的職工培養(yǎng)”,被蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)勞動(dòng)和社會(huì)保障局采納為優(yōu)秀管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)在園區(qū)范圍內(nèi)推廣。同年8月25日,是德勝公司二十周歲生日,在慶典儀式上,德勝創(chuàng)始人聶圣哲先生致辭與大家分享。9月24日至26日,第三屆中國(guó)德勝管理高峰論壇在蘇州金陵觀園國(guó)際酒店舉行,聶圣哲先生以《德勝管理體系——構(gòu)建商業(yè)本質(zhì)的力量》為主題,較為詳細(xì)地闡述了德勝在管人以及做事方面如何二十年如一日,遵守商業(yè)道德和倫理,在不理想的環(huán)境中打造出自己的理想王國(guó)。友好、坦誠(chéng)地交流,博得了與會(huì)者陣陣掌聲。11月25日,在北京中國(guó)人大舉辦的“2017中國(guó)人力資源管理年會(huì)暨第七屆中國(guó)人力資源管理學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)?lì)C獎(jiǎng)典禮”上,德勝公司喜獲2017(第七屆)中國(guó)人力資源管理學(xué)院獎(jiǎng)——人力資源管理最佳實(shí)踐獎(jiǎng)。12月,德勝公司獲得“2014-2016年度蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)文明單位”榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。
2018年2月,《人力資源》雜志第2期以《躬耕匠心 讓價(jià)值觀有價(jià)值》的報(bào)道,并再次以聶圣哲先生為封面人物,從理性解讀人生、價(jià)值觀有價(jià)值、優(yōu)秀是可以教出來(lái)的等6個(gè)方面介紹德勝管理理念。文章在最后寫道:到訪德勝獲知,他們的管理決策背后,都含著對(duì)人性的假設(shè)。人性既包含情感,也包含欲望。情感也包含眼前的工作態(tài)度,而欲望更多是與未來(lái)的可能相連。未來(lái)的昂貴就在于價(jià)值觀。同年11月9日,被國(guó)際管理學(xué)界譽(yù)為豐田管理研究第一人的日本河田信教授,在國(guó)際管理年會(huì)上又一次提出“在管理上德勝洋樓和豐田是并列的,歸結(jié)為‘人本主義經(jīng)營(yíng)’”;11月23日,德勝公司榮登 “2018蘇州文商旅融合發(fā)展品牌榜·價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)文化品牌”。
2019年5月11日,華信產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)董事局主席陳愛(ài)清博士在“四川大學(xué)江蘇校友會(huì)2019年會(huì)”上致辭時(shí)說(shuō):我在蘇州參觀了聶圣哲會(huì)長(zhǎng)德勝洋樓公司和其旗下的波特蘭小街、詫楷執(zhí)行學(xué)院,深刻體會(huì)到聶圣哲校友是位修己以敬、敬業(yè)樂(lè)群的現(xiàn)代企業(yè)家,他培養(yǎng)出來(lái)的一流木工匠士,創(chuàng)造出了當(dāng)代工匠精神之精益求精的完美建筑藝術(shù)產(chǎn)品,創(chuàng)新了以人為本的企業(yè)管理方式,完善并創(chuàng)新了企業(yè)管理思想。在此期間,我還耳聞目睹了聶先生創(chuàng)立的養(yǎng)活教育思想已在持續(xù)的發(fā)揚(yáng)光大。同年5月28日,在德勝公司辦公樓大廳隆重舉行“何君賢規(guī)律師事務(wù)所”揭牌儀式。德勝員工及嘉賓們共同見證了一個(gè)新的職業(yè)——“規(guī)律師”的誕生!8月23日,由中國(guó)企業(yè)文化研究會(huì)主辦的第三屆中國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)文化論壇在成都召開,德勝公司榮獲“中國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)優(yōu)秀單位”獎(jiǎng)。9月10日,教師節(jié)。聶圣哲在詫楷執(zhí)行學(xué)院“2016秋畢業(yè)典禮暨2019秋開學(xué)典禮”上明確提出:第一次思想解放是:實(shí)踐是檢驗(yàn)真理的唯一標(biāo)準(zhǔn);第二次思想解放是:掙錢是人生的終極目標(biāo)和人生的意義所在。人生即掙錢,掙錢即人生。這是人生要解決的首要問(wèn)題。掙錢意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)要從娃娃抓起。10月,由中南財(cái)經(jīng)政法大學(xué)撰寫的案例《小題大做:德勝聽證會(huì)助力企業(yè)文化落地》,獲得2019年中國(guó)管理案例共享中心100個(gè)優(yōu)秀案例獎(jiǎng)。
2020年,受新冠病毒疫情的影響,生活受限、社會(huì)停擺、經(jīng)濟(jì)休克式停滯,是極不尋常和艱難的一年。雖然疫情得到了有效控制,但是市場(chǎng)需求極度萎縮,各行各業(yè)遭到了巨大壓力,有不少企業(yè)關(guān)閉了,大多數(shù)企業(yè)在竭力支撐。德勝公司同仁發(fā)揮德勝管理體系的能動(dòng)性與核心價(jià)值觀的作用,經(jīng)受住了考驗(yàn)。2020年經(jīng)營(yíng)基本平穩(wěn),工資、獎(jiǎng)金及各項(xiàng)福利能夠正常發(fā)放,全體員工在經(jīng)濟(jì)寒冬中再次感受到了德勝傳統(tǒng)的自我抱團(tuán)取暖的溫馨。同年10月24日至27日,在第八屆中國(guó)木結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)業(yè)大會(huì)上:(1)德勝(蘇州)洋樓有限公司被授予中國(guó)木結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)軍品牌;(2)德勝公司建造的南通市人才公寓被評(píng)為2020年中國(guó)木結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)質(zhì)工程(金獎(jiǎng));(3)聶圣哲先生被聘請(qǐng)為中國(guó)木結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟(木結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)業(yè)分會(huì))輪值會(huì)長(zhǎng),聘期5年。11月9月,2020中國(guó)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)(廣州)峰會(huì)順利召開,在本屆峰會(huì)上:(1)聶圣哲先生被評(píng)選為——2020年度企業(yè)文化建設(shè)功勛人物;(2)德勝(蘇州)洋樓有限公司獲得“2020 年度企業(yè)文化建設(shè)示范單位”榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。
2021年新冠疫情反復(fù)無(wú)常,德勝公司經(jīng)營(yíng)基本平穩(wěn),雖然是個(gè)小公司,但是員工的快樂(lè)、幸福和安全感卻遙遙領(lǐng)先。6月,在喜迎中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨成立100周年之際,德勝公司黨支部被中共蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)工作委員會(huì)評(píng)為“先進(jìn)基層黨組織”;9月,德勝(蘇州)洋樓有限公司被中國(guó)木材保護(hù)工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)聘請(qǐng)為“常務(wù)理事單位”;11月,德勝公司承建的南通濱江溫泉?jiǎng)e墅項(xiàng)目被評(píng)為2021年度中國(guó)木結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)質(zhì)工程獎(jiǎng)(銀獎(jiǎng));12月,在由南京大學(xué)商學(xué)院、機(jī)械工業(yè)出版社和領(lǐng)教工坊聯(lián)合舉辦、每年一屆的“卓越績(jī)效,人文精神”大會(huì)上,德勝(蘇州)洋樓有限公司喜獲“2021紀(jì)念彼得•德魯克中國(guó)管理獎(jiǎng)”。
2022年,防疫工作仍然是德勝公司的主要工作之一。2月中旬,蘇州開展全員核酸檢測(cè)工作,斜塘社工委在波特蘭小街設(shè)置了核酸檢測(cè)點(diǎn),根據(jù)核酸檢測(cè)工作流程及注意事項(xiàng),德勝公司設(shè)計(jì)和建造了一棟美制木結(jié)構(gòu)核酸檢測(cè)站,為核酸檢測(cè)提供了極大方便。 2022年也是德勝公司成立25周年。8月27日德勝員工懷著自豪、感恩的心情,在戶外舉行莊重溫馨的慶祝儀式。聶圣哲先生在致辭中堅(jiān)定地說(shuō)道,我們雖然渺小,但我們會(huì)閃光;我們雖然平凡,但我們會(huì)有力量;我們雖然是普普通通的人,但我們會(huì)講出落地有聲的話語(yǔ)。大家攜起手來(lái),好好打造德勝,它是我們討生活的工具,是一個(gè)保障的平臺(tái),我們?nèi)w員工靠它吃飯。
The Introduction of Tecsun (Suzhou) Homes Co., Ltd.
Tecsun (Suzhou) Homes Co., Ltd(hereafter Tecsun homes), the subsidiary of Federal Tecsun, Inc. and the predecessor of its Shanghai representative office, was founded in Suzhou Industrial Park in 1997 with the registered address of No.3 Songjiang Road, Xietang town, East Loufeng Zone, SIP. Being specialized in the research, development and construction of modern American timber(steel)-framed structures, Tecsun homes is also the only enterprise that has been issued with the construction license of modern light timber structures in China.
The headquarters in Suzhou is about 30 Chinese acres. Tecsun homes designed and constructed “Portland Streets Garden” as its model residences of American timber(steel)-framed structures. “Tecsun Building” was built in Suzhou Dushu Lake Higher Education Town as the company’s office and operation center. Tecsun homes has purchased 181 Chinese acres in Qiandeng Town, Kunshan, to build the “Tecsun Kunshan Park”, which will be the base for Tecsun Homes future manufacturing and research development facilities. Tecsun Homes current annual manufacturing and processing capacity for timber-framed house construction materials is over 1000 timber-structured houses (average size: 300 square meters per unit).
In February of 1998, Tecsun (Suzhou) Homes Co., Ltd. became the member of National Association of Home Builder of America. It is the only enterprise in China that belongs to this Association.
In September of 2003, Jiangsu Science and Technology Office issued "Jiangsu New and High Technology Enterprise" to Tecsun Homes.
In October of 2003, Tecsun Homes received the certification of Quality Control (ISO9001:2000) and Environment Management (ISO14001:1996).
In order to train more technical professionals and, with the Department of Education approval, Tecsun-Luban (Xiuning) Technical School of Carpentry with donation by Tecsun Homes, was founded in October of 2003.
Environmental protection has always been Tecsun Homes’ key concern. On March 17 of 2004, Tecsun Homes was issued an award as the "Environmental Protection Enterprise of 2003" by SIP.
In April of 2004, Tongji University Tecsun Institute of Housing Technology was founded.
In July of 2004, “Bellewoods Villa” (108 units), an estate constructed by Tecsun Homes in Shanghai, was selected “China’s Top Ten Featured Villas in 2004” as a model estate.
In November of 2005, Tecsun Homes was awarded “China Ecology Construction Prize” (in commendation of construction units with advanced energy-saving and environmental technology), and became the only construction unit that have awarded one such honorable prize.
In December of 2005, “Tecsun Staff Regulation” was published to the nation. Tecsun Homes has consecrated to the society all his experiences that accumulated in management practice.
In January of 2006, Tecsun Homes was issued the Famous Brand in Jiangsu Province by Industrial & Commercial Administration Bureau.
In April of 2007, “2007’ Tecsun Academician Forum” was commenced in Shanghai, Suzhou and Huangshan by Tecsun (Suzhou) Homes Co., Ltd. and Tongji University Tecsun Institute of Housing Technology. A total of 46 scientists participated in the meeting. During the meeting, the academic environment and prospects of basic and applied science were discussed with respect, and without reservation. Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering and other famous scientists have attended the meeting, which brought academic significance and honor to the forum. It is a boundless, cross-discipline and cross-region forum. It is also a epoch-making, high standards academic meeting.
In September of 2007, “Beijing Portland Garden”, constructed by Tecsun (Suzhou) Homes Co., Ltd., received the award of “the City’s Leading Green Construction Project”.
In December of 2007, “Tecsun World -- A Man and His Road to Rebuild” made headline news in the documentary part of “Chinese Writers Magazine”.
In March of 2008, Tecsun (Suzhou) Homes Co., Ltd. successfully passed the FSC/COC Forest Product Chain-of-Custody Certification from the world’s leading certification company, SGS South Africa.
In May of 2009, “Tecsun Management” was published. After “Tecsun Staff Regulation” (published in 2005) and “Tecsun World” (published in 2007), this is the third book that fully introduces the management practice of Tecsun Homes.
In August of 2010, “Snapshots of America”, written by Sage Nie, was published by Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press. Full of humor, wisdom and sharpness, short stories in this book were written in plain language, which can bring a real America to its readers in a relaxed atmosphere. Mrs. Zi Zhongyun, an expert on US studies with the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences wrote the preface for it.
In May 29th, 2011, “Modern Scientific Support of Human-based Residence Symposium & the First Release Ceremony of American Timber Structures: an Introduction” made a success in the Academy Hall of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Including Pei Gang, president of Tongji University, dozens of academicians as well as experts of architecture attended the symposium, and celebrated the publishing of the book American Timber Structures: an Introduction. Written by Sage Nie and published by Science Publishing, this book is the first book in the world to systematically introduce American timber structures, which had feeling the gap in this field worldwide.
In July 2012, “Tecsun Homes: a New Example of Chinese Style Enterprise Management” was published on Business Review (former Harvard Business Review). This article is written by Professor Yang Zhuang of Peking University BiMBA and Mr. Wang Haijie,the editor of Business Review, this article brought great influence in society after publishing. “While people in this country are trying to be ‘smart’, Tecsun staffs are encouraged to pursue a spirit of ‘the fool’. Tecsum Homes is an enterprise built on values”, as they wrote.
In August 2012, on Timber Structures Enterprise Development Forum & Awards Ceremony of Outstanding Enterprise and Projects, Tecsun Homes was awarded “Outstanding Enterprise” by the Department of Enterprise Development in Timber Structures Committee of Architectural Society of China. On December 8th, Tecsun Homes was awarded “Chinese Creative Brand Award” on the 9th Annual National Conference of Brand Management in Jiangxi Province.
On August 1st, 2013, the new version of “Tecsun Staff Regulation” was published by China Machine Press. From December, 2015 to July, 2012, this book has been reprinted by Anhui People’s Publishing House for 28 times and sales quantity has passed 500 thousand copies. One thirds of the new version is newly added. New regulations and new parts in enterprise culture are added based on new management ideas and practice. Among the changes, the original 21 articles of regulations increased to 32 articles. The new version is now available for purchase online. On August 25th, the first release ceremony and “Tecsun – High Standard Symposium of Chinese Methods of Enterprise Management” was held at Xiyuan Hotel in Beijing. Leading experts and scholars of management from all over the world have attended the symposium. Media around the country sent reporters to the symposium, including Xinhua News Agency, People’s Daily, China National Radio,21st Century Business Herald, the Economy Observers, and network media like News.cn, Sohu, Sina, Tencent, Hexun and so forth.
On August 17th, 2013, Tecsun Homes was awarded “Outstanding Enterprise Award” on the third trustee meeting of Timber Structure Branch of Architectural Society of China. “Xianghuai Mansion”, constructed by Tecsun Homes was awarded “Outstanding Project Award”.
On November 28th, 2013, Tecsun Homes was awarded “Management Action Award” on awarding ceremony of 7th Management Action Award & Management Innovation Summit held by Business Review.
On May 28th, 2014, the case written by Prof. Xu Shiwei (Chongqing Industry and Commence University, School of Management), “from Peasants to Industrial Workers: the Employee Transformation of Tecsun Homes” was published by National MBA Educating Advisoing Committee on Sharing Center of Chinese Style Management Cases. The case was written based on study of Tecsun Homes and interviews of Tecsun employees. By studying the case, the entire society can have a better understanding of the idea and thinking of Tecsun in respect of Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Citizen, and Corporate Ethics. In the period of economy transition, when profit become the rigid demand, many corporations tends to only pursue economic benefits while neglecting social benefits and humanistic care. The Tecsun case explains corporate responsibility for stakeholders and especially for the surviving, developing and rights protecting of employees. This case also fits for MBA and EMBA teaching, teaching of graduate school of management and teaching of undergraduate courses like Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Ethics, Human Resources Management, and even Quality Management.
On June 22nd, 2014, Tecsun Homes successfully passed OHSAS 18001:2007 Certification.
On August 25th, 2014, Tecsun (Suzhou) Homes Co., Ltd. Was awarded “2014 Outstanding Wooden House Award” by the Timber Structure Green Industry Branch of China Wood Protection Organization. Sage Nie was elected executive chairman of the Timber Structure Green Industry Branch. Tecsun Homes has also become the executive chairman company of this branch.
On December 25th, 2014, Tecsun Homes awarded tenure certificate to qualified employees who had worked over ten years, and followed the values of “Honesty, Integrity, Hard Working and Love for Others” in these ten years. Tenure qualification is a solemn commitment of Tecsun Homes to the employee. It is also the recognition for their morality, capability and values. At present, 268 employers in Tecsun Homes enjoy the rights and welfare of tenure.
On August 20th, Tecsun (Suzhou) Homes Co., Ltd. Was awarded “2015 Outstanding Wooden House Award”, and Top Ten Influential Brand of Timber Structures on the 3rd Conference of China Timber Structures Green Industry & the 8th Conference of China Wood Protection. “Portland Town” in Jining, Shandong Province, constructed by Tecsun Homes was awarded demonstration project of “2015 Outstanding Wooden House Award”.
Tecsun Homes has always taken part in social responsibility projects ever since its inception. By the end of 2014, Tecsun Homes has donated over RMB 60 million to the Development of Western Region, all sorts of charitable Foundations for the poor, many schools and other cultural projects.
