摘 要:四川省某污水處理廠一期工程原采用AAO工藝為主體并在二沉池后端增加“活性炭吸附+高效沉淀”深度處理單元的工藝,根據(jù)進(jìn)廠廢水水質(zhì)進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化工藝設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),確保出水指標(biāo)中氨氮、總氮及化學(xué)需氧量達(dá)到《四川省岷江、沱江流域水污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(DB51/2311-2016)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,總磷須達(dá)到《地表水環(huán)境質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB3838-2002)的I類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(總磷<0.2 mg/L);其余指標(biāo)達(dá)到《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB18918-2002)一級(jí)A標(biāo),處理后的達(dá)標(biāo)廢水經(jīng)管道就近引至干河子排放。提質(zhì)改造項(xiàng)目旨在對(duì)原有AAO池、水解酸化池、外回流等進(jìn)行改造優(yōu)化。提質(zhì)改造后經(jīng)過(guò)一年運(yùn)行,結(jié)果顯示全年平均出水?dāng)?shù)據(jù)NH3-N≤1.5 mg/L、TN≤4.6 mg/L、TP≤0.1 mg/L、COD≤20 mg/L。技改后在節(jié)能降耗方面達(dá)到明顯的改善,噸水藥劑、電費(fèi)、人工綜合成本共降低47.56%。

Abstract: The first phase of a wastewater treatment plant in Sichuan Province, China, originally used the AAO (Anoxic/Anaerobic/Oxic) process as the main treatment process, with an additional "activated carbon adsorption + high-efficiency sedimentation" deep treatment unit at the end of the secondary clarifier. Based on the optimization of the influent wastewater quality, the process design parameters were further improved to ensure that the effluent meets the relevant standards of the "Water Pollutant Discharge Standard for Minjiang and Tuojiang River Basins in Sichuan Province" (DB51/2311-2016), with ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N), total nitrogen (TN), and chemical oxygen demand (COD) meeting the Class I standards of the "Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water" (GB3838-2002) (TP<0.2 mg/L); other indicators meeting the Class A standards of the "Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002). The treated effluent that meets the standards is discharged to the nearby Ganhezi through pipelines. The quality improvement project aims to optimize the original AAO tank, hydrolysis acidification tank, and internal recirculation. After one year of operation, the results showed that the average annual effluent data were NH3-N≤1.5 mg/L, TN≤4.6 mg/L, TP≤0.1 mg/L, and COD≤20 mg/L. The technical upgrade achieved significant improvements in energy saving and consumption reduction, with a total reduction of 47.56% in unit water dosage of chemicals, electricity costs, and labor costs.

為實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)新進(jìn)步,十九屆五中全會(huì)提出,持續(xù)減少污染物排放總量、持續(xù)改善環(huán)境質(zhì)量、提高資源利用效率,環(huán)保與可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理念應(yīng)當(dāng)深入到我們每個(gè)人的意識(shí)中。污水處理作為與良好生態(tài)環(huán)境直接掛鉤的一項(xiàng),時(shí)刻影響著人們的生存與生活。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),污水處理中的碳排放量約占碳排放總量的1-2%[1],在碳中和、碳達(dá)峰的大背景下,實(shí)現(xiàn)污水處理綠色低碳發(fā)展已成為全球關(guān)注的重要議題。在日益嚴(yán)峻的能源壓力和環(huán)境挑戰(zhàn)的背景下,污水處理廠作為水資源環(huán)保的“中轉(zhuǎn)站”,迫切需要通過(guò)節(jié)能降耗,實(shí)現(xiàn)污水處理行業(yè)的綠色低碳可持續(xù)發(fā)展。2025年是“十四五”規(guī)劃的收官之年,也是碳排放強(qiáng)度下降18%的約束性目標(biāo)之年,實(shí)現(xiàn)減污降碳宏遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo)仍需砥礪前行。
1 項(xiàng)目背景
1.1項(xiàng)目概述
四川省某污水廠位于鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn),占地面積約40.05畝,設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模1.4萬(wàn)噸/天,2020年建成,2021年投入運(yùn)行,該項(xiàng)目總投資 15000萬(wàn)元,環(huán)保投資545.93萬(wàn)元。該污水處理廠主要工藝流程為粗格柵及提升泵房+細(xì)格柵及曝氣沉砂池+調(diào)節(jié)事故池+(化學(xué)沉淀池)+水解酸化池+A/A/O生化池+二沉池+活性炭吸附+高密度沉淀池+臭氧接觸氧化+紫外線消毒。污水廠設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)水水質(zhì)為70%生活污水30%工業(yè)廢水,出水指標(biāo)中氨氮、總氮及化學(xué)需氧量達(dá)到《四川省岷江、沱江流域水污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(DB51/2311-2016)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,總磷須達(dá)到《地表水環(huán)境質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB3838-2002)的I類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(總磷<0.2 mg/L);其余指標(biāo)達(dá)到《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB18918-2002)一級(jí)A標(biāo),處理達(dá)標(biāo)后的廢水經(jīng)管道就近引至干河子排放。
