SediMag®磁混凝技術在高效沉淀池改造中的工程應用

摘要 聊城市某污水處理廠設計規(guī)模3.5×104 m3/d,出水執(zhí)行一級A標準。為進一步消減污染物排放量,該污水處理廠進行提標改造,執(zhí)行準地表水IV類標準,其中SS限值為5mg/L,TP限值為0.3mg/L。本文介紹了磁混凝沉淀池提標改造的主要設計參數(shù),闡述了針對高效沉淀池的池體及設備改造措施。原深度處理段為“2組高效沉淀池+纖維轉盤濾池”組合工藝,提標完成后由1組磁混凝沉淀池承擔3.5×104 m3/d規(guī)模全部深度處理功能,穩(wěn)定滿足新的出水要求。

Application of Upgrading High-efficiency Sedimentation Process to

Abstract A 35,000 m3/d wastewater treatment plant in Liaocheng City, which effluent Level 1 Standard is implemented. In order to further reduce the emission of pollutants, the wastewater treatment plant has been upgraded and reconstructed with Class IV surface water standard, which the SS limit is 5 mg / L and the TP limit is 0.3 mg / L. This paper introduces the main design parameters of the magnetic coagulation sedimentation tank, and describes the improvement measures for the high-efficiency sedimentation tank body and equipment modification.The original deep treatment section is combined by 2 sets of high-efficiency sedimentation tank and fiber rotary disc filter. After the completion of the standard upgradation, the 1 group of magnetic coagulation sedimentation tanks will undertake all the deep-processing functions of 35,000 m3 / d, stably meeting the new water effluent requirements.

1 項目背景
聊城市某污水處理廠位于山東省聊城市,一期規(guī)模3.5×104 m3/d,已于2016年完成建設投產運行。項目采用“預處理+AAO+二沉池+絮凝沉淀+纖維轉盤濾池+接出消毒”處理工藝,絮凝沉淀工藝段采用2組高效沉淀池,出水執(zhí)行《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標準》(GB18918-2002)中的一級A標準。
項目自2016年投產運行以來,處理效果穩(wěn)定達標。為進一步消減污染物排放量,該污水處理廠于2018年進行提標改造,出水水質執(zhí)行《地表水環(huán)境質量標準》(GB3838-2002)中IV類標準。其中SS和TP在深度處理工藝段的設計進出水水質如表1所示,需對深度處理工藝段進行提標改造。
