1.城鎮(zhèn)水環(huán)境多源污泥轉(zhuǎn)化為生態(tài)建設和生態(tài)修復基質(zhì)的理論與技術(shù)

隨著我國城鎮(zhèn)水環(huán)境治理與提質(zhì)增效工作開展,污水污泥、管渠污泥、疏浚底泥等多源污泥產(chǎn)量巨大,傳統(tǒng)污染物與新污染物的風險疊加,針對多源污泥特性各異的特點,開展污泥污染強化阻斷與資源高效回收的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究,并將多源污泥處置與長江經(jīng)濟帶裸露礦山修復相結(jié)合,開發(fā)生態(tài)統(tǒng)籌集成技術(shù)。

2.城市有機質(zhì)低碳資源化處理處置理論與技術(shù)

針對城市污泥、廚余垃圾、畜禽糞污等有機質(zhì)廢棄物特性,開發(fā)水熱預處理及水熱炭化關(guān)鍵技術(shù)與重大裝備產(chǎn)品,開發(fā)厭氧消化-熱解耦合的高效能源化集成技術(shù),開發(fā)厭氧消化-超高溫好氧發(fā)酵耦合的高效腐殖化集成技術(shù),推進城市有機質(zhì)低碳資源化的技術(shù)研究與推廣應用。

3.污水處理廠污泥原位減量減害理論與技術(shù)

以污水-污泥一體化處理為目標,開發(fā)污水處理廠污泥臭氧調(diào)理的原位減量減害理論與技術(shù),控制剩余污泥新污染物與病原體,減少剩余污泥產(chǎn)量,實現(xiàn)廠泥一體化高效運營。
