周傳斌,中國科學院生態(tài)環(huán)境研究中心研究員
中國科學院生態(tài)環(huán)境研究中心研究員,中國生態(tài)學會生態(tài)健康專業(yè)委員會主任委員,中國環(huán)境衛(wèi)生協(xié)會廁所專委會委員。研究方向為資源循環(huán)利用的生態(tài)工程,主要從事城市代謝與固廢信息學、廚余垃圾與塑料垃圾資源化、垃圾填埋場生態(tài)修復、垃圾分類管理政策等方面的研究。主持國家重點研發(fā)計劃課題、國家自然科學基金委NSFC-UNEP國際合作與交流項目、世界自然基金會基線研究等科研項目50余項,在江蘇、浙江、山東等地開展了廚余垃圾資源化利用工程示范。發(fā)表學術論文80余篇,總被引4000余次,主編地方與團體標準2項,獲湖北省科技進步一等獎,河南省科技進步三等獎等科技獎勵。
隨著我國“鄉(xiāng)村振興”戰(zhàn)略的深入推進,鄉(xiāng)村民宿項目成為新興旅游業(yè)態(tài)。我國民宿項目市場營業(yè)收入已達到209.4億元,民宿房源總量超過160萬間,占住宿市場的24.8%。鄉(xiāng)村民宿項目在迎來需求的大規(guī)模增長的同時,大規(guī)模的民宿需求與供給背后產生的垃圾、糞便處理等污染物排放也給農村環(huán)境治理帶來挑戰(zhàn)。針對鄉(xiāng)村民宿的廁所、垃圾處理需求,開展了無廢民宿的工程設計和案例研究,包括:1)廁所尿糞分離、灰水回用、糞污堆肥;2)鄉(xiāng)村民宿日用品綠色設計與垃圾就地處理。上述設計理念可為我國鄉(xiāng)村民宿構建“無廢細胞”單元,實現綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供創(chuàng)新路徑。
