摘要:聚乙二醇溶液滲析能夠有效脫出污泥中的水分,可達到深度脫水的目的,但其有效脫水范圍有限,難以直接應(yīng)用于污泥的工業(yè)化脫水中。為此,進一步設(shè)計了聚乙二醇溶液滲析聯(lián)合真空壓力的污泥脫水試驗,以分析多場聯(lián)合作用下規(guī)模化的污泥脫水效果。試驗結(jié)果表明,真空壓力的作用能夠顯著提高聚乙二醇溶液滲析的有效脫水范圍,在80 kPa真空壓力作用下,聚乙二醇溶液滲析的有效影響距離可達到15.2 cm,與無真空壓力作用相比提高了約181%。對脫水后的污泥進行掃描電鏡及光學顯微鏡觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),真空壓力可以壓密污泥結(jié)構(gòu),阻礙聚乙二醇溶液滲析脫水過程中裂隙的形成,有利于排水通道的暢通,從而提高聚乙二醇溶液滲析的脫水效果及其有效性。
Abstract:Polyethylene glycol solution dialysis can effectively remove the water in the sludge and achieve deep dewatering. However, its effective dewatering range is limited, and it is difficult to be directly applied to the industrial dewatering of sludge. Therefore, the experiment of polyethylene glycol solution dialysis combined with vacuum pressure for sludge dewatering was further designed to analyze the large-scale sludge dewatering performance under the combined action of multiple fields. The vacuum pressure significantly improved the effective dewatering range of polyethylene glycol solution dialysis. When the vacuum pressure was 80 kPa, the effective influence distance of polyethylene glycol solution dialysis was increased to 15.2 cm, which was 181% higher than that without vacuum pressure. The dewatered sludge was observed by scanning electron microscope and optical microscope. Vacuum pressure compacted the sludge structure and hindered the formation of cracks during the dewatering process of polyethylene glycol solution dialysis, which was beneficial to the smooth flow of the drainage channel and improve the dewatering performance and effectiveness.

摘要:- 聚乙二醇溶液滲析能夠有效脫出污泥中的水分,可達到深度脫水的目的,但其有效脫水范圍有限,難以直接應(yīng)用于污泥的工業(yè)化脫水中。為此,進一步設(shè)計了聚乙二醇溶液滲析聯(lián)合真空壓力的污泥脫水試驗,以分析多場聯(lián)合作用下規(guī);奈勰嗝撍Ч。試驗結(jié)果表明,真空壓力的作用能夠顯著提高聚乙二醇溶液滲析的有效脫水范圍,在80 kPa真空壓力作用下,聚乙二醇溶液滲析的有效影響距離可達到15.2 cm,與無真空壓力作用相比提高了約181%。對脫水后的污泥進行掃描電鏡及光學顯微鏡觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),真空壓力可以壓密污泥結(jié)構(gòu),阻礙聚乙二醇溶液滲析脫水過程中裂隙的形成,有利于排水通道的暢通,從而提高聚乙二醇溶液滲析的脫水效果及其有效性。
Abstract:- Polyethylene glycol solution dialysis can effectively remove the water in the sludge and achieve deep dewatering. However, its effective dewatering range is limited, and it is difficult to be directly applied to the industrial dewatering of sludge.
