摘要:為促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)污泥產(chǎn)品林地利用規(guī)范發(fā)展,中國環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)會批準(zhǔn)發(fā)布了團(tuán)體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污泥產(chǎn)品林地利用工程化施用技術(shù)指南》(T/CSES 28 —2021),并于2021年7月15日正式實施。介紹了該指南的編制背景、制定原則、主要技術(shù)內(nèi)容,詳細(xì)闡述了關(guān)鍵技術(shù)說明,并通過北京地區(qū)污泥產(chǎn)品林地資源化應(yīng)用案例,解析了指南中主要技術(shù)參數(shù)的操作方法。T/CSES 28—2021是以城鎮(zhèn)污泥產(chǎn)品林地利用實用性為目的對現(xiàn)行國家及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、指南、政策等文件的補(bǔ)充與完備,執(zhí)行過程互不沖突。該指南對城鎮(zhèn)污泥產(chǎn)品林地利用管理過程進(jìn)行了全面梳理和總結(jié),有利于提高我國污泥產(chǎn)品林地利用的規(guī)范性,推動并保障我國城鎮(zhèn)污泥產(chǎn)品安全資源化利用工作的科學(xué)發(fā)展。
Abstract:To promote the standardized development of urban sludge product forest land utilization, the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences had approved and issued the group standard Technical Guideline for Engineering Application of Sewage Sludge Product from Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant in Forest Land Use (T/CSES 28-2021), which was officially implemented on July 15, 2021. This paper introduced the compilation background, formulation principles, and main technical content of the guideline. It elaborated on key technical descriptions and analyzed the operation methods of the main technical parameters of the guideline through the application case of forest land resource utilization of sewage sludge product in Beijing. With the aim of enhancing the practicability of sewage sludge product in forest land use, this guideline is a supplement and completeness to current national and industry standards, guidelines, policies and other documents with not conflicting during the implementation process. In summary, the guideline provides a comprehensive overview of the management process for sewage sludge product in forest land use. This will help enhance the standardization of sewage sludge product in forest land use, and ensure the scientific development of safe resource utilization of sewage sludge products in China.
