摘要:污泥厭氧消化、干化焚燒、熱解氣化焚燒等污泥處理工藝和技術(shù),是進(jìn)入高質(zhì)量發(fā)展階段以及踐行“雙碳”政策的重要技術(shù)選擇。鄭州新區(qū)污水處理廠一期污泥采用厭氧消化干化工藝,二期污泥采用熱解氣化焚燒工藝,并在一、二期基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)污泥厭氧消化和污泥熱解氣化焚燒耦合,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)污泥處置的減量化、無(wú)害化、穩(wěn)定化、資源化。該污水處理廠1 000 t/d污泥消化和100 t/d污泥氣化焚燒實(shí)際運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)表明,污泥厭氧消化和污泥焚燒不是必須二選一,相反,從全過(guò)程能量平衡角度,污泥厭氧消化和污泥熱解氣化焚燒耦合技術(shù)是實(shí)現(xiàn)能量利用最大化的優(yōu)選工藝組合。
Abstract:Sludge treatment processes and technologies such as anaerobic digestion, drying and incineration, and pyrolysis gasification and incineration must be considered at the stage of high?quality development and implementing “carbon emission reduction and carbon neutrality” policy. Phase Ⅰ sludge of Zhengzhou New Area wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) adopts sludge anaerobic digestion and drying process, and phase Ⅱ sludge adopts pyrolysis gasification and incineration process. On the basis of phase Ⅰ and phase Ⅱ, the coupling of sludge anaerobic digestion, pyrolysis gasification and incineration is realized, and finally the reduction, harmlessness, stabilization and resource utilization are realized. The actual operation data of 1 000 t/d sludge anaerobic digestion and 100 t/d sludge gasification and incineration project of Zhengzhou New Area WWTP show that sludge anaerobic digestion and sludge incineration are not either one or the other. On the contrary, from the perspective of energy balance in the whole process, the coupling technology of sludge anaerobic digestion and sludge pyrolysis gasification is the optimal process combination to maximize energy utilization.
