摘要:我國目前污泥無害化處理處置短板突出,加快推進污泥無害化處置和資源化利用已成為共識。眉山市內(nèi)污水處理廠污泥產(chǎn)量達150 t/d(含水率為80%),由于難以采用填埋處置,迫切需要尋找污泥處理處置新出路。利用該市企業(yè)電解鋁車間產(chǎn)生的煙氣余熱低溫干化處理市政污泥,將污泥含水率從80%降至30%以下,工程總規(guī)模為300 t/d。重點介紹了污泥干化系統(tǒng)、煙氣余熱換熱系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、生物除臭系統(tǒng)、冷凝污水處理系統(tǒng)的工作原理、技術(shù)參數(shù)和設(shè)備配置。污泥經(jīng)干化后運往周邊工廠摻燒利用,實現(xiàn)了污泥的減量化、無害化、資源化利用,污泥處理直接運行成本51.62元/t,綜合效益明顯。
Abstract:At present, the drawbacks of sludge harmless treatment and disposal highlight in China, and it has become a consensus to promote the sludge harmless treatment and resource utilization. Meishan municipal wastewater treatment plant produces 150 t/d of sludge (water content is 80%), which is difficult to treat by landfill and is urgent to find a new way for treatment and disposal. The waste heat of flue gas from electrolytic aluminum workshop of the city’s enterprises is used to dry municipal sludge water content from 80% to less than 30% at low temperature with total project capability of 300 t/d. The working principle, technical parameters and equipment configuration of the sludge drying system, flue gas waste heat exchange system, cooling system, biological deodorization system and condensate sewage treatment system are mainly introduced. After drying, the sludge is transported to the surrounding factories for mixed burning, realizing the reduction, harmless and resource utilization of sludge. The direct operation cost of sludge treatment is 51.62 yuan/t, and the comprehensive benefit of the project is obvious.
